- JJJohnMay 26, 20261.0Chris is terrible at customer service. I explained my situation about not having a ride to be able to drop my vehicle off and needing my exhaust fixed on my only off day, he told me that was fine and he would text me when he was available to work on it. He proceeded to book other clients in front of me all while not informing me he wasnt going to be able to fit me anymore. By the time i asked if he was able to do it today still as it was 4:15 and they close at 5, he said " no, i picked up a few more cars at lunch" No apology, just screwed me over. Now all the other shops are closed and i cant get it fixed today.

He is very fair on price and will never charge your for something you don’t need to make money like a lot of the other automotive shops in the area do. I highly recommend his services.
