I was out of the country and had a friend pick up the new tire and wheel. I returned and paid for the mounting fees. Stephen worked with me and made the process convenient and smooth. I have been very pleased with the services and cleanliness of the shop’s mechanical bays.

I purchased a set of tires here a year ago, and would’ve thought it came with a balance. Nope, you have to ASK for one. As if my oil change and rotation didn’t take 90 minutes, I have to specifically ask for a balance? You’d think the “professionals” would think to ask the customer.
