  Sorry Management GM is harrable staff deserves better respect than what the newer Manager gives much better well taken care of and Happiness and a better vibe when you came into the store when Brenda was there, I have seen the new Manager Heather disrespect and snapping on employees and customers, they have very kind employees there helpful and once who treat you like they have none you for years Mis Dolores and Val is one of my favorite, hate to see any of them go due to Management. Subway is the same way I have watch recently girl sit on her phone complaining she was to tired and she was pregnant and could not stand there to long and wasn't going to do dishes cause it was to much for to handle while the girl with glasses worked and cleaned up, and she was kind to her and said ok she would do it for her, hard to find employees like that but she dose both pilot and Subway seen her doing both, like I said its not the whole place or all the people its just a few people younger once who that they don't thank they need to work and the Managers she is not very kind nore professional. The store for most part is clean and bathrooms have only been dirty just few times, now the sewage smell they have every now and again is a problem but I understand thats not all there falt. The Wendy's need cleaning around the drunk machines and some of there employees smell strongly of weed to the point that we wasnt able to even stay there to get food didnt want them touching or having that around us or my kids wasnt the only people to walk out because of that, tables need to be wiped, but they do have a very kind and helpful Managers and no one was hatful to anyone at any time I have been there, they just my need more help to clean the area. Iv been coming to this store for many years and this is only time iv ever had issues and seen problems. Its went down since Management has changed. I ran into a former employee who had worked there for a while and quite they said they left because of the scheduling and Manager would not answer calls or call back when asked that they would check schedule day before and the next day they changed it and would get a call asking where they was didn'tget notice 24 hours it was a drop of a hat, they was tired of being used for both pilot and Subway and getting gripped at for no reason but others getting better treatment and brushed off sholder for same issue they got gripped at that they had to stay later finsh theres and others jobs when others got to leave on time. I understand why they left, Glad they found a better job if they was treated that way. Do better Pilot no who you hire in Management and treat employees who work hard and do there job right. Oh and get fresher food out that hasn't sat out so long and dried out. Prices on wing is very high also 5 wings for $8.56 is to high, other places sale $1 a wing. My Son got the Wings and they was dried out and over priced he threw them away.

  Crappy service. Lady was on phone while I was at register didn't know if the line was open so I ask her she didn't answer cause she was on phone

  PILTO, WENDY'S, AND SUBWAY TOO. Great spot to stop off the highway refuel, eat, and use the restroom. Clean restroom and clean fuel pump area too. There is gas and diesel too. A truck filling station in back too.
