Destroyed My Vehicle!!! On Friday 05/08/2026 I took my vehicle in for a simple alignment. I am very meticulous when it come to my vehicles so I just figured it was due no issues at all. Well this was the worst mistake I ever made!! First they told me it would take about 30 mins in which I was there for about an hour and a half to two hours. I felt something was wrong because it should take this long. During the wait I would go look at the bay where they had it up on the lift only to see a technician looking as if he did not know what he was doing. After about two hours I made my way to the front desk for a status check in which I observed 2 males who were working front desk and the technician all huddled up in the bay talking. I know then it was about to be some mess. The heavy set guy that was working at the front desk finally comes out a say hey man what's going on with this Cadillac in a very deceptive manner in which I replied nothing is going on with it! He stated the told him he heard a pop when he drove it in the bay and a pop when he pulled it out...mind you the tech would not make eye contact with me and walked away. I told them my vehicle was not making any noised at all and it was fine before a the tech pulled it in. After going back and forth for about 10 mins I drove the vehicle home in which the pop was so strong and loud I though my wheel was literally about to fall off. Immediately upon arriving home I called back up to Mavis and explained to them what was going on in which they told me to bring the vehicle back and they would have there lead tech look at it. I explained to them I had to work and would get the vehicle back up there on Monday. When I got the vehicle back up there which was scary to drive. They staff didn't even greet me. The same front desk guy just walked up and asked for the keys after a two hour wait. They took my vehicle to the back and put it up on the lift in which I went back and took photos to see what they did underneath in which i was horrified. There were literally holes/gaps with deep scratches where they im assuming tried to do the alignment. I can add photographs. One tech told me the last tech did not tighten the bolts on the control arm, another tech which I'm assuming is the manager told me the tech aligned the vehicle to the max, and many other excuses. So as I wait to see if they can fix the damages I getting more and more nervous thinking they are likely going to mess it up more. After getting there at 8am and them finishing up at about 12 the head tech/manager comes up as I'm sitting in the lobby and passes me my keys and says the tech had maxed out something and they fixed the popping sound. He did not apologize for anything and was slightly rude. He stated if there are still issues bring it back as if i got time to be at Mavis for days. As I drove my car home I noticed while driving straight the steering wheel is now turned at at almost a 90 degree angle, the tires are bouncing like im driving on basketballs, and the steering wheel shakes violently. I don't know what to does besides take the car to another shop and have to pay god knows how much to fix the catastrophe Mavis caused. I cant even drive the car now. This Mavis was horrific. I was a Mavis fan and customer until this happened. People please beware of visiting this Mavis in Newnan GA by Aldi. I will be filing a complaint with corporate and will following up with this review.

Set up an appointment for a tire alignment, get there and learn that the alignment machine was out of operation. Would have been nice to know. Had to go down the street to Tures Plus.

Had a tire blowout on the interstate 4.5 hours from home. Showed up at this location around 5:40 and was told they close at 6 and wouldn’t help us. They suggested Pep Boys (thank god) cause PB was AMAZING. Got us 3 brand new tires in about 30ish minutes. I guess Mavis didn’t need an extra $500 in business. Regardless of what time you close, denying business is not a good look. I’m curious if the management of this location feels the same way. If you’re in need of a quick tire and it’s close to closing time, avoid this location and go to Pep Boys instead.
