Austin and Sam were wonderful. My first time at Mavis in Georgia and the service the compassion and empathy was spot on. I do not live in the area, but I will certainly schedule my next service with them and will continue to drive the distance for Service. I want to commend James and his team for fitting us in and providing not only exceptional service, but true support during a stressful time of need.
After driving 2,000 miles to visit family, we were redirected across three different Enterprise locations before finally being sent to a service center—wasting our entire first day. Once we arrived, James immediately took charge. Even though they didn't have our exact tire in stock, he made sure we got a replacement right away. He navigated Enterprise’s difficult portal and even coordinated with other shops to ensure we received the fastest service possible as they were backed up.
James is an exemplary manager who embodies everything a leader should be. He manages his staff wonderfully, seamlessly balances phone and in-store customers, and completely turned our difficult situation around.

I scheduled four tire appointments on Sunday, but the alarm prevented work. I then visited another new store, but they lacked the tire size. I returned to the one on 45 Marketplace, but the alarm stopped. I left my car at 2:43 PM. They called seven times, mistakenly calling the wrong person, so they can’t work on my car. They offered to keep it and do it first thing on Monday, but I’m out of the country. My wife picked up the car at 5 PM, and the invoice showed $800. The computer still indicated a low tire, so she FaceTime me, and we discovered nothing was done. They claimed they had to wait on corporate to refund my money.
