- TCTacarra Chisem6 days ago5.0Enterprise in Newnan outdid themselves! They turned my frown upside down after I had encounter less than acceptable service at the Lagrange location. Not only did they get the vehicle ready for me and record timing, but assisted me with patience and an attitude making it right although it was not their Fault. Justice and Aaron were extremely personable and attentive to anything I brought to their attention with regards to the vehicle. The ladies were amazing and they also were the experience that I should have had to begin with. The ladies were masterful in handling the calls.

Their vehicles are very up to date and seem well maintained and are clean. It took a while for everything to be completed but we are very pleased overall with our experience.

They will keep you on hold until the line eventually disconnects. I had an issue dropping my car off at another location and when I confirmed with an Enterprise employee that I would not be charged, they charged me anyways. When I went to the office to resolve the issue I was told that someone will get back to me and never did. Please avoid this location and save yourself from the headache and poor customer service!!

Finally, on the fourth time someone answered just to immediately put me on a "brief hold". 35 minutes later, the line went silent. They either need to hire more staff, or close this location.
