  Make sure you check behind each and everything they do. The last time I went they put the wrong size tires on my car. This time I went in an emergency because I caught a flat and they just threw my spare tire back in my car without properly securing it or at least leaving it in a decent position. These people are lazy and sorry. Go to another location you will be better off

  I had a great experience at Mavis! The service was fast, professional, and everyone was very friendly. Mike was especially kind, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They got me in and out quickly while still making sure everything was done right. Amazing customer service, I’ll definitely be back!

  Went in to purchase tires,the young lady that works up front walked in from the back on her cellphone did not acknowledge me kept right on talking,I did not want to interrupt her conversation I waited for another 5minutes or so and left.Just HORRIBLE

  Assistant manager Lae & Mechanic Angel were amazing! They walked me through the entire process and answered any questions I had. Lae kept me updated on the progress of the job & informed on every detail. Angel explained exactly what repairs were needed & why. I definitely recommend Mavis, they have awesome folks who actually care about their customers. Thank you Lae & Angel for taking care of me and my car!

  I came in with a flat tire and what turned out to be a stripped lug nut — and if you know anything about stripped lug nuts, you know that’s the kind of thing that quietly spirals into a much larger, much more expensive problem very quickly. Mr. Mike (GM) was upfront with me from the start. He explained clearly that depending on how things went, the lug nut could break inside the rim — which would mean additional cost and additional time. I appreciated the transparency. There’s a particular kind of trust that comes from someone telling you the worst-case scenario before they start working, not after. What happened next, though, is what brought me here to write this. Mr. KJ and Mr. Mike worked on that lug nut together — methodically, patiently, with clear intention — and they got it off. No damage to the rim. No additional charge. No drama. Just two professionals who refused to let a stubborn piece of hardware become my problem. That is not a small thing. That took time. That took skill. And it took a level of care that, honestly, you don’t always encounter at a service shop. Keymare (ASM) — thank you as well for the presence and professionalism throughout. To the team at Mavis in Clayton County (by Home Depot) — you earned this review. Not because everything went perfectly, but because when it didn’t, you made it right. That’s the standard.
