  The guy with the raggedy braids and gold teeth is very rude. Too bad they’re already short staffed because they need to get rid of him. He has a horrible attitude and doesn’t know anything.

  When we got there, the gentleman told us that there were only two of them working and it would take us about 30 minutes to be seen as there were two cars ahead of us. He quoted a price for the oil which was much more than I was quoted A few days before when I came in and asked about the price. Then I went home and thought about it and decided to go ahead and come back.. When I told him this, he said, let me check and was gone 10 minutes. I reminded him that I was only trying to check the price and he seemed to have forgotten me. He said he had some other things he was doing and it was only two of them working. I reminded him that he was supposed to be giving me a price on the oil change at which time he left again and came back with the original price That I got a few days before. I then told him I had a coupon for $15 off and he said that is if I got the synthetic oil which would be better Even though the coupon said for all oil changes. In the end, I was able to use the coupon which price I was satisfied with. I was in a hurry that’s why I came there because it said 15 minutes and I understand it was only two people working, but what I went through was very frustrating and I ended up there for 45 minutes to an hour.

  Did not do half the service checks I usually get done, did not do the light check after the oil change , man was rude about trying to reset my matinence info after I told him that’s not how you do it ( I have to do it myself every time ) then leaving they were trying to tell me where to go even though I wanted to get a car wash aswel. This is my 3rd time coming for an oil change and I will not be returning. I did not even receive my mileage sticket

  I paid for a full-service oil change today, expecting the vehicle to receive a complete inspection. Unfortunately, the technician did not properly inspect the vehicle. After leaving the shop and driving home from work tonight, I realized that one of my headlights was completely out. This could have easily been caught if the technician had simply asked me to turn on my headlights and blinkers as part of the inspection. I could have addressed the issue before nightfall instead of unknowingly driving home with a headlight out. I’m disappointed because I paid for a full-service oil change and expected the inspection to be thorough. Safety should be a priority, and this is something that should have been identified and communicated to me before I left.

  I showed uo 8:37 just a minute ago. After waiting for 2 minutes and nobody coming to greet me i start walking inside and say hello out loud to draw attention and a guy turns the corner. I say emissions gently and politely to let him know thats what i am here for and he snarls violently that there is someone in front of me in line. Theres an empty car to the side which i guess is the line. I go whoa man nobody said anything to me so im looking for some emissions. He with venom in his voice that i just got there and that i didnt set off his bell and then immediately turns and walks off like superthug. These people seem dangerous and i just left. There was a girl there as well and he could have been putting on a show for her.
