Ghetto and Unprofessional, had a reservation and when I arrived it was like a hospital waiting room, many of us set there with a reaervation only to be told… we are waiting on returns or having the lil fellow check us in and he knew nothing. We sT for anout 40 minutes to be told at 2:04 pm they are closed and check Mcdonough amd the airport for availibility…… very unprofessional and place is not clean at all just Ghetto. I rather go to the Airport

The customer service was top notch. My customer service representative name was Taylor. (Tall light skin lady) She's Taylor made for her position. She was very kind, polite, and caring. Her customer service skills was totally outstanding. She made my experience with the company very pleasant. I wish there were more people in the world like, Taylor. Thanks, Taylor! I'm a satisfied customer.

I made my reservation and then spoke to them and they said they only have 1 mini van available but they would give it to me for the same price. I got into my Uber and headed there. When I noticed that I would be 10mins late, So I called back to tell them. The person who answered was different from the original person that I spoke to. His name was Jay. He wasn’t very nice and tried to upsell me for the same vehicle. I told him that’s not what you all said. He said there was nothing he could do put me on hold and then came back and said they gave the card to someone else who was gonna pay full price. All of this happened while I was in the Uber. Once I got to the place, both gentlemen (Jay & Trey) were very dismissive and indifferent. They did not care that I had paid for an uber based on the The information they gave. The story does not in there. I was able to go to a different enterprise and they took really good care of me. I’m about to go leave them a review right now.
