  Been renting here for several months straight following my car accident. I sometimes pay more than other companies charge just because I live thee service and quality of cars and the team. My husband tried to go to a competitor one time and the experience was so bad he ended up canceling at the last minute and coming up this location of enterprise and of course the team was able to accommodate him at the last minute. My son also rents from this team whenever he has a need!

  I had a great experience with Enterprise in Morrow, GA on Jonesboro Rd. The young man who helped me was quick and attentive to detail. He got me in and out fast. Even when I brought the car back he was the same guy that helped, me and he was the same way. Great customer service, keep up the great work! GOD BLESS!!!! LeTrice P

  I had a great experience with Enterprise, especially considering how busy they were. I made a last-minute, same-day reservation on Saturday, and when I arrived, the location was packed and clearly short-staffed. Despite the circumstances, Taylor did a great job at the front desk helping customers and keeping everything moving as efficiently as possible. Robert and Nicholas were also working hard behind the scenes getting the cars pulled up and ready for customers. You could tell the entire team was doing their best to get people in and out in a timely manner while handling a very busy situation. I really appreciate the effort, professionalism, and teamwork from Taylor, Robert, and Nicholas. They could have easily been overwhelmed by the situation, but they stayed focused and continued helping customers. I had a positive experience and definitely wanted to take the time to recognize their hard work. Great job, team!

  The Team in Jonesboro, Georgia customer service is always professional, even on their busiest days. I was in and out, in less than 10 minutes with the preregistration option, the vehicle was nice and clean, free upgrade, I had no issues with extending the rental for another day via phone, I received text and emails updating me on my rental agreement and the drop-off was seamless. I was greeted at the vehicle, asked about my experience and if there were any issues, handed over the keys, I was informed that my agreement will be emailed and when my deposit would be refunded. Awesome Job Team Jonesboro👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
