- RGRobert Green3 days ago1.0This is one of the worst places to get a vehicle from. My rental from another enterprise location, a Hyundai Palasade had a flat tire. I called road side assistance from my insurance company and they guided me to this location (closest to my house) to swap a vehicle because it would be easier than changing the tire to the donut tire. I drive to this enterprise. The woman on the far left waited on me. She first told me she could swap the vehicle into a smaller economy car. She them gave me the keys to my car and said to go to Firestone. She said she would send a group chat to the Firestone personnel. She seemed indifferent. I went there and they couldn't change the tire because no one from this enterprise would answer the phone or approve the work order. I had wasted time, gas, and still the problem remained. This location is full of women who don't care. If you need a rental car, go to another location and save yourself the headache.

Customer service is always nice and they always greet you when you walk through the door. I love that they do call you back after you return your rental just to check on you and make sure you had a good experience.

The experience was great and it’s only fair that I give shoutouts to them for a job well done especially on July 3rd, my pick up date and July 6th my drop off date. This will always be my default location future rentals
