  This location gets worse every time I rent from here. Pickup time was for 4pm. Arrived at 3:40pm. Didn’t get my car until 5:05. There’s no sense of urgency or respect for the customers time. Max Castorena, whom said he was the manager , needs to have a refresher course on customer service. He walks me to a car, after being there a hour, tells me he will be right back. Goes inside comes back, does something on the key pad, goes back inside again, then comes to tell me the car “isn’t cleared in the system because it needs an oil change.” I then have to wait for another 20-25 minutes for them to bring another car around. It’s ridiculous and I hope people start reporting there bad experiences to cooperate!

  Jay helped me rent my car when I was in need. My everyday car broke down on me and I needed a car quickly. He was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed to get back home. He moved very quickly too, which I liked because I needed to go. Also upon return he was helping someone else and then immediately came to help me. He was really great and I would rent from here again. Everything went so smoothly. Thank you guys!

  I had an excellent experience renting from Enterprise, thanks to Jay. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and made sure I understood everything before I left. His customer service was outstanding, and he made the rental process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that Jay takes pride in helping customers and providing a great experience. I truly appreciate his assistance and would gladly rent from this location again because of the service he provided.
