  I purchased a car from Enterprise Car Sales in Morrow, GA in April 2026. My experience has been nothing short of HORRIBLE! After possessing the car for about 3 days, I noticed that it had several issues that were not repaired. They told me that it had been inspected by their “CERTIFIED SHOPS” and that there were no issues which was not true. I noticed that the car had suspension problems, braking system issues, and dry rotted tires. These issues were not noted until after the purchase of the vehicle even though I told them that I wanted to get a pre inspection on the vehicle but was ignored. . I had to harrass them about the repairs because they did not want to accept responsibility. I had 3 warranties at the time of purchase and yet they had issues with the repairs. One of them was a manufacturers warranty! Finally the manager, Matthew G., had to get the driveshaft replaced because the noise from it was too loud to ignore any longer. I had taken the car to two other places and they said nothing was wrong. I even took it on a spin with the manager, Matthew G., who still try to deny that there were any issues. The rotors needed to be replaced because I couldn’t brake properly and the brakes were scrubbing and it became dangerous to drive. They put two used dirty tires on my car in place of the dry rotted tires and lied and said that they were new. I confronted them and the assistant female manager stated that Enterprise doesn’t put new tires on their vehicle which was a lie because the District manager told me that they were supposed to place new tires on their vehicle which car. They have been very deceptive and took advantage of me because I am a woman. I am not letting this go because I have proof of everything. I am in the process now to get a resolution. I have had to pay for services and repairs out of my pocket within less than 60 days of having this vehicle. Enterprise Car Sales of Morrow, GA you should be ashamed of yourselves. If you purchase a car from Enterprise, please go get pre purchase inspection at your own shop to find out if the car has any issues. Don’t trust them! Also, don’t just test drive the car on the highway, go to a quiet area so you can hear and feel the car. This is what happened to me. Ask for any records or repairs made on the car as well. This experience has taken a toll on me emotionally and physically. BEWARE! I am still dealing with this situation.

  Everyone was nice and very helpful, the gentlemen and the manager were very patient with me. I looked at 3 cars before I made up my mind. Everyone was very professional. I brought the car back the next day, they washed it and filled it up with gas. I am very satisfied with the 2024 Nissan altima.

  I been going to enterprise for over 7 years now my last vehicle was a Toyota corolla and now 7 years later I got another upgraded version 2024 Toyota corolla. Im always satisfied and comfortable going to them whenever I need a new car. They never disappoint me always have friendly staff and always patient with me as well.
