  I wanted to express my concerns and dissatisfaction on my interaction with one of you employees at your Morrow, Ga location on May 7th between 6:30-6:37 pm. I visited this location because my engine light was on & I wanted to receive a diagnostic. When the guy called me over to the counter & I informed him what I needed, he grabbed the device & asked me did I know who to use the device. I thought that was strange so I jokingly replied, “I’m just a girl”. He responded angrily and said, “I hate when women say that. Do you know you are setting women back because you can’t do a simple task?” I responded, “I’m a lady & I stick to my womanly duties & I let the man be the man.” He proceeds to say, “I really hope you find a man with that mindset.” I just want to say that this is completely rude & offensive. My husband was also at the store to handle an issue with his car. This has not sat well with me since yesterday & I hope I receive a call or a response back to this complaint. I’m sure this is not a representation of your company and I hope this is properly addressed. If you need any further details, please give me a call.

  Waited 40 minutes to get battery tested and it still never happened on 3/1/26 @ 2:15pm. I waited patiently and nobody would help me.
