- PTPinky TalleyAug 6, 20241.0took my vehicle for a diagnostic test… was quoted 120.00 by one tech after talking to RAUL he informed me total cost was 160.00 because a smoke test was needed.. (no biggie) picked car up after being told a price of 4,190.36 for things that I didn’t need and was asked several times if I wanted them to do the service… I declined otp and in person… paid them 160.00 and car was missing screws on engine cover and shaking… called them back and they had the nerve to say those screws did not got in that and they would replace… My cover has never been missing screws nor was my vehicle performance level ever adjusted… I took a video and pictures …after confirmation that he was aware of what I knew he tried to say it was like that and no aware of pictures and the video… The business has been emailed and notified in person and otp… if no response legal action will follow…

My New Orleans mechanic agreed when I called him & explained the performance of the car. Mr. Raoul & his staff ordered the parts and repaired my car within 24 hours. They were professional, efficient, friendly, and the price was reasonable. I was so lucky that they were recommended to me! Thank you Mr. Raoul and your Ameri staff. Y’all are wonderful!!

Nobody wants to help me except this people. They fixed my problem with professionalism and honesty. I recommend this shop 100%. God bless Ameri Import staff for helping me solving this problem.
- DLDe’Janae Le’MarieDec 1, 20181.0DO NOT GO HERE! I paid over $700 to get my brakes and rotars changed just to have cheap parts put on my car. My car constantly squeaks and for the money I paid there shouldn’t be any noise what’s so ever. I took my car to get looked at by them, because of the warranty, and they stated that they don’t hear the noise so they won’t replace anything plus was given an attitude. Don’t give these con artists your money go to Rainbow Muffler!
