  Have been using Allan Vigil Lincoln for over four years. My Nautilus needed a front grill replacement. Jennifer (service rep) had me bring the car in, took pictures, submitted to Lincoln for approval (2 years and under warranty). She notified me promptly after receiving approval. We mutually agreed to delay replacement to a date that was convenient for me. She coordinated rental while being repaired (4 days). Technician replaced bad part and Jennifer kept me in the loop during the process. She notified me when my car was ready and welcomed me when I arrived to pick it up. Loaner was also the same model as mine but newer. Didn’t encounter any problems. I definitely would recommend this dealership.

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Cory Waye, a sales person at Alan Vigil Lincoln. I took my car in for service on a Thursday and Cory called to ask about my interest in purchasing a new car. Initially, purchasing a new car was not on my radar, but Cory was helpful by providing new and used car options. Once option struck my eye. I would not have known the car was on the lot had he not provided me with the information since it was in the back waiting for prep to make it to the lot. When I went back to pick up my car, Cory showed me the car I was interested in. We scheduled a drive for the following Saturday. Cory had the car ready for my test drive and I had limited time and spent less than an hour getting an appraisal on my car and test driving the car. Cory and I discussed my budget and I met the finance guy without purchasing the car. Cory was not pushy, but followed up by email with a purchase price. I still wasn't moved immediately to purchase the car. As the day progressed, we continued to communicate via email and by 2 p.m. we reached an agreement on the purchase price. I didn't have the time to spend a day at the showroom and Cory did the work. He wasn't pushy, was considerate of my time and understood my budget. It was the last day of the month and he was a busy man but never made me feel rushed and he even delivered to car to my house at 8 p.m. that night. I'm very satisfied with the purchase, the process and the service Cory delivered. He went above expectations. The car is an upgrade to my trade and I'm very happy with the purchase. Go see Cory; you won't be disappointed.

  When you purchase a vehicle, you not only purchase a car, you purchase the peace of mind that comes with the team that stands behind the car! Jeff Murrell, Jenn Cochran, Justin Adams, and the entire team in the Allan Vigil service center are a perfect example of a group that represents the best of the Allan Vigil team. I recently had an issue with a new car purchase and these team members addressed my concerns very quickly and took the time to review the issues, understand my concerns, and went the extra mile to ensure that my needs were not just met, but exceeded! If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle, you owe it to yourself to visit the amazing team at Allan Vigil! Not only was my purchase experience a delight, buy when an issue came up, my service team was there to support me and take care of me! That is a true reflection of a team that cares about the customer! Thank you to Jeff, Jenn, Justin, and the entire team at Allan Vigil service!

  Too high they are the dealers.But Want to keep your car. Do not give any suggestion to help you. Look for smaller boby shops

  I experienced poor customer service and inconsistent communication that resulted in me not having access to my vehicle. I’m disappointed in the way Vincent handled the situation.
