  SO AMAZING AND SO HELPFUL!! Showed up late and with a miscommunication and they were still very helpful and got me taken care of! Awesome place, awesome people.

  ⭐️ **1 Star — Extremely Disappointed and, Quite Honestly, Terrified** I originally purchased my tires from Bulldog Tire Shop in April 2026. I returned in late May for my complimentary oil change and tire rotation. Everything seemed fine when I left, but shortly afterward, I began hearing a noise coming from around my tires. I was also informed that one of the lug nuts/bolts had been stripped and that Bulldog would order a replacement. What makes this even more frustrating is that **I was not informed about the stripped lug nut/bolt before leaving Bulldog.** I only became aware of the issue after noticing the noise and questioning it. I drove it again before I left, and the noise went away... temporarily! While I was on I-75, the noise came back and this time it was much worse. It became increasingly concerning and honestly scared everyone in my vehicle. I was so worried about what was happening that I had to get off the interstate and find the nearest tire shop. **Thank God for Mavis Tires.** When I arrived at Mavis, they inspected my vehicle and discovered that **ALL of the lug nuts/bolts on the driver’s side were completely loose.** I mean ALL of them. They were so loose that I could remove them myself **without any tools.** At that moment, it hit me just how close I could have been to losing my life and potentially the lives of my passengers or someone else on the highway. This was not a minor inconvenience. **This was a serious safety issue that could have had a catastrophic outcome.** When I returned to Bulldog to pick up the replacement, the manager's response was simply, **“I'm sorry.”** That was essentially it. After something this serious something that could have resulted in me or someone else losing their life I expected much more than an apology. I expected accountability, an explanation of how this happened, and some reassurance that steps would be taken to make sure it never happens to another customer. I now have a brand-new set of tires with a warranty, yet I **do not feel comfortable allowing anyone at this location to touch my tires or my vehicle again.** That is extremely disappointing because I should be able to trust the shop that installed my tires to ensure they are properly secured and that my vehicle is safe before sending me back onto the road. I don't know if this was a training issue, a lack of proper inspection, improper installation, or something else, but **something needs to change.** A mistake involving improperly secured wheels isn't something that should be taken lightly. I am grateful that I heard the noise, trusted my instincts, and found another tire shop before something happened on the interstate. **I could have lost my life. Literally.** Unfortunately, based on my experience, **I cannot recommend Bulldog Tire Shop to anyone.** If you have had work done here, I strongly encourage you to have your lug nuts and wheels checked by another qualified professional. **Buyers beware. Your safety is too important to leave to chance.**

  Had issues with a friends car took it here and they fixed the issues no charge all staff was excellent and helpful would recommend if you need anything done on your car!

  BE AWARE, DON’T BRING YOUR CAR HERE, I came here a couple months ago for a routine oil change (been using this place for years) come to find out my car is leaking oil had my brother jack up my car come to find out my oil plug was loose.. then proceeded to pop my hood to see how much oil I had left then noticed that I had no break fluid cap…. Took my car up there the next day explaining everything that happened showed pictures of the puddles of oil in driveway and the lose drain plug, explained that I now needed my break fluid flush due to the rain and getting moisture in my break fluid. Yes they fixed everything w no charge. I understand people makes mistakes and it happens, so I went back for another routine oils change and again noticed my car was leaking oil AGAIN took it back to see what was going on the drain plug was tight but was leaking from drain plug they stated that my gasket on my drain plug failed… they fixed it then I asked to see the gasket and come to find out it was missing…. Manager denied that it didn’t have a gasket when doing oil change, so I looked it up and yes my car is supposed to have one so WHERE DID IT GO??? Then asked for written documentation of what happened and refused to give me one. The manager is terrible denied everything that it was not his fault and wouldn’t take accountability. Extremely frustrated with this place. Not to mention why is the white guy with the long beard raving my car??? So disrespectful😡
