  I went to this AutoZone to have them check my car battery, once I was informed the battery needed replacing, I was preparing to purchase one. I was then told that they could not replace my battery because of wiring on the top of the battery. I have a Hyundai santa fe '22 nothing fancy. The female employee did not know what she was doing the whole interaction. She didn't know where to place the cables to check the battery and then said they couldn't change the battery because of policy. I left and went to the Autozone in Winder and I didn't have any issues. They happily changed my battery and I was on my way!! Do not go to this Autozone in MONROE very bad customer service. Why come to work if you don't want to work.

  Do not buy a duralast battery. We did in Jan 2023, we had to get a replacement in April 2025 and now that replacement battery is bad. The warranty only applies to when the original is purchased there is no warranty on a replacement one. So here we are not even 18 months in on the replacement and it’s already bad again. And when I called today was told they couldn’t help since it was based on the original purchase date of 2023. Needless to say when we can replace the battery it will not be a duralast battery or with auto zone

  Had to return due to being sold a wrong part. I’ve been a professional mechanic for 8 years. I went in and the guy at the counter wanted to argue about me having the wrong part. I litterally have an associated degree in this field. I know what part I need regardless of what your stupid computer tells you. Ofcourse once I got the part everything worked fine but he sat there and told me “you’ll be back to return it”. Tryna talk down on me like he knows how to work on cars. People don’t let these idiots tell you anything about fixing cars. They know nothing. All they know how to do is read a computer screen. And they even manage to screw that up. They got an ego with no knowledge on the subject.

  Austin & Raj helped me find the exact headlights I needed and were extremely quick, efficient, and professional. I will never go to another AutoZone - these guys are great.
