I placed an online order and received emails stating that it would be ready within 30 minutes, but when I arrived at the store, the order was not showing up in their system. While trying to get answers and figure out what was going on, Kejah was extremely rude and unprofessional toward both me and the store employee, Ronaldo. I do want to specifically recognize Ronaldo because he was the complete opposite. He was extremely polite, patient, and helpful throughout the entire situation. He went out of his way to help me figure out what was happening with my order and was also incredibly helpful during the battery installation process. I truly appreciate the way he treated me and the effort he put into helping me. I hope management addresses the way customers are treated by customers service representatives because situations like this can be frustrating enough without having an employee make the experience even worse. HOWEVER Ronaldo deserves recognition for his excellent customer service and professionalism.
