Excellent, friendly, fast ! The team at this location couldn’t have been more professional and knowledgeable. They took care of my windshield in record time and got me out the door fast so I could move on with my day. Will definitely return (hopefully not soon) Hopefully no more rocks kicking up into my windshield

I had the pleasure of working with Tyler today. He did an awesome job replacing my windshield in a timely manner. Great customer service, he was informative and detailed about what he would be doing during the service. I’ve always had great experiences with safelite and I am glad to have had another great experience with Tyler today. Thank you so much!!

Go somewhere else. Total waste of time and money. Inside and outside seem to not know what each other are doing. The Alpharetta location picks up the one about 1 out of 10 calls. My appointments were rescheduled several times for staff calling off. Let my job unfinished and wanted me to come to the location for final calibrations, um, no you're coming to me like is advertised.

Unfortunately, this Safelite location appears disorganized and either too busy or unable to handle insurance claims properly. After six weeks, no one had contacted me, despite my calling several times and being promised a callback that never came. This suggests poor communication and management.
I finally took my vehicle to another Safelite location, where the work was completed quickly and perfectly. This location caused me nearly eight weeks of unnecessary confusion, delays, and headaches. I would not recommend it.

New windshield is great. What I have an issue with is the blatantly terrible communication, or lack thereof.
I had to drop my car at 9am and was told it would be done close to 5pm and that the shop also closes at 5pm. Zero expectations were set at drop off. At 4:30pm I still had received zero communication and there was no update on the website. So, I drove to Safelite to pick up my car while also calling the location to confirm it was ready for pickup. Not only is there NO direct line to the store, the call center rep couldn't even get the local branch to answer the phone and tell me if my car was ready. I drove 30 minutes while on the phone the whole time with zero information about whether my car was ready. I got there right at 5pm. They had not even started working on it. What irks me so much about the whole process is the lack of communication. I could just have come later or the next day. I really didn't appreciate driving a half hour each way in rush hour traffic just to be told something that I should have been able to confirm over the phone. WORST case of customer service I've seen in a long time and so preventable. At the very least, tell the customer that they will get an email when the vehicle is ready and call the customers directly at 4pm if you are unsure the service will be completed on time and you don't have a working phone line for customers to call in.
