Took my car with a lingering slow leak in right front tire to Mavis Tire in Milton yesterday and left it. Come to find out they couldn’t remove the tire because I have a tire lock and they weren’t able to find where my tire key was. I didn’t know either, but they seemed to give it every effort; looking in all the usual places… Anyway they put air in the tire for me and didn’t charge me for all their efforts. Presley was very good at communicating it all to me. I really appreciate him and the other staff.

I had a tire replaced at a different Mavis location, but the TPMS sensor was accidentally broken during the installation. Since that location lacked the proper programming tool on site, they sent me to this location to pair a new TPMS sensor with my truck's onboard computer. Rafael was the technician who assisted me here.
Because the sensor installation and the pairing took place at two different shops, I had to drive back and forth between them three times. Each time, Rafael accurately diagnosed the problem, and he ultimately resolved the pairing issue. I visited the shop at 9 AM, 12 PM, and 3 PM; every single time, Rafael was working so hard that he was sweating buckets, and it was clear he was doing his absolute best to help me.
The manager was also incredibly helpful in coordinating and communicating the issue with the other Mavis location.
I truly believe this is a shop where you can expect the absolute best tire service.
