  My man Vincent always takes care of me. We've had some technical difficulties in the past but he always works till hard to correct them and make the experience good.

  I came to Zips Car Wash in Milledgeville mainly to use the vacuums, so I paid for a wash and went through. The wash itself honestly wasn’t great, but I wasn’t planning to complain because the vacuums were the main reason I came. After the wash, I found all the vacuums turned off. I showed the employee inside, Jalen, and he laughed and signaled “no” from behind the glass. When I walked up to ask about it, he told me “boss man” requires the vacuums to be turned off when it’s raining. It was barely drizzling. Since I specifically paid for the wash to use the vacuums, I asked for a refund and was told no. If amenities are unavailable, customers should be told before they pay. Disappointing experience and customer service.
