  Seamlessly ordered tires online and made an appointment for installation. I took off work to get them installed. When I arrived 15 minutes early I was told the tires would not make it that day. I got an apology saying they didn't realize what time it was. I cancelled the order and went with a locally owned shop.

  Went here because we were out of town and needed a tire. Let’s start from the beginning I made an appointment online and it asked for the reason of my visit which I stated I needed a tire. They take my keys and the guys walks up to my car turns around comes back in and asked with one was the Honda civic that should had been my first warning 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ well then he takes my car comes back in and says I need a new tire which I said yeah that why I made the appointment what’s the point of making an appointment and putting the reason if they don’t actually look. Now back to the front desk lady. She walked out the building left the business phone ringing and sat in her vehicle until my car was done whatever I don’t care but no one was in the building and the phone was ringing off the hook. Well she comes back in when my car got pulled around. This lady is so busy with her personal phone call that she took forever to cash me out. She then asks me if I’m Abigail . I said nope. Now she can’t find me in her system. might I add she is still having a conversation on her personal phone on full blast speaker just so unprofessional. Took her way to long to cash me out and honestly would just avoid this place at all cost and jokes on me the tire they sold me for $130 😆😆😆 is already leaking air. Just save your self the time and headache and go anywhere else ! Also google does not give a ZERO star option

  They took care of a tractor tire for me and did an excellent job and I appreciate their service. Thank you, Mavis and Milledgeville.

  This place is a joke.. they don’t even want to change a tire because a lug was to tight.. also you refuse to do a tire alignment because of a bolt that i could twist off with my hand… goes to show they are lazy and not only that they are always rude and when you tell them what you was told on the phone they don’t honor their prices.. I’ve tried this place once and then had family go and the exact same thing happen to them as well… If you want an easy job you don’t need to work here because it’s hard labor and it’s not always simple fix its cars!! I think everybody there need to all be fired or learn how to do their job before they accept it. they are all rude in this place as well.
