  Best tire shop in Milledgeville! Always has free air to add to tires, has great warranties for tires, and allows you to set up Synchrony pay card if you’re strapped for cash. Professional, considerate, quality care and business!

  I took my vehicle in for a warranty rotor issue and turned out it was not only the rotors it was breaks calibers etc. I cannot say enough nice things about Diandria! Yes I was there a little longer than I anticipated however she was not letting me leave until that vehicle was safe to drive. She is such a huge asset to Mavis! She is one of the kindest most caring most compassionate people I think that walks the face of the Earth The guy who drove my car and the mechanic that fixed my car I can't say enough nice things about either because both of them were helpful kind and considerate. I hope Mavis keeps the staff they have because they are such a value to this company. People shop price, people shop convenience, I do both but it also matters to me the way that I am treated the respect and the courtesy that has shown to me In the professionalism and care with the folks that I choose to deal with. This is the number one reason I go to Mavis, the staff.

  I had an outstanding experience at Mavis Tire, thanks to Deandria at the Sandersville location from the time I entered the store. She went above and beyond to help me by taking the initiative to search for the part I needed. Knowing she wouldn't be working the next business day, she thoughtfully left a detailed note for her team to follow up with me so my service wouldn't be delayed. That level of dedication and customer care is rare and truly appreciated. Deandria's professionalism, kindness, and commitment to making sure customers are taken care of deserve to be recognized. We definitely need more employees like her. I even found myself wishing she could transfer to the Sandersville location because her positive attitude and exceptional work ethic would be an asset anywhere. Deandria, thank you for your outstanding service. I sincerely appreciate everything you did to help me. No matter how challenging the job may become, I hope you continue to show the same compassion, initiative, and professionalism that made such a positive impression on me. You truly deserve every opportunity that comes your way.

  I went to Mavis today because I had a punctured tire and needed to get it replaced. I was two hours from home, it was an extremely stressful day and it felt like everything that could go wrong was going wrong.Tierra helped me and was absolutely incredible. Really all of the staff were, but she went out of her way to help me, even going so far as loaning her phone charger because my phone was dead. Her customer service was absolutely phenomenal!

  We had our car repaired at this location in December 2025 while we were on vacation in Georgia. Unfortunately, just six months later, in June 2026, the same repairs are already failing and coming apart. We were directed to a location near our home in Dayton to have the vehicle inspected and repaired. The experience since then has been extremely frustrating. The Dayton location and the Georgia location appear to disagree about the work that was originally performed. My husband calmly suggested that everyone get on the same phone call to discuss the issue and reach a resolution, but the store manager in Georgia repeatedly said she didn't see how that would solve anything. When it became clear the conversation wasn't productive, my husband politely asked for the contact information of her supervisor. She refused to provide a name or phone number and told us he would contact us. My husband has since reached out to the regional manager and is currently waiting for a return call. We will update this review based on the outcome of that conversation. While the Dayton location is repairing the vehicle at no cost to us, we still believe we deserve a refund for the original repairs performed in Georgia. The company claims they are making it right by paying for the new repairs, but that raises an obvious question: if they don't believe the original work was faulty, why are they paying to have it redone? A repair that fails after only six months should not be considered acceptable, and we should not have to pay for workmanship that didn't last. In our opinion, the cost of correcting failed repairs should come from the company responsible for the poor workmanship—not from the money we originally paid for a repair that did not hold up.
