  I would give 5 stars if the problems solved. Trades in my Tesla model 3 and bough a crown sinia from salesman Mr. Chance, smooth and great experience Finace Department is a little tricky and things are still pending. Thanks sales manager and customer relations manager Ms. Kathy, honest peoples and willing to help. will update.

  I went to Five Star Toyota and left with a Cybertruck. If that’s not proof they can help anyone find the right vehicle, I don’t know what is! Fantastic staff, zero stress, and an easy buying experience. They earned every one of these five stars… even if my driveway now looks like a scene from the future.

  Very good experience. Had the exact Tundra I wanted with all the accessories. Langston was our sales guy and I enjoyed working with him. He was polite, knowledgeable, not pushy and willing to work with me. Tia the finance manager is also great, she is very friendly and helpful.

  John at Five Star Toyota has apparently mistaken being rude for being knowledgeable. Talking down to customers doesn’t make you an expert—it just guarantees they’ll shop somewhere else. I came in expecting customer service and left wondering how someone with that attitude ended up managing people. If treating customers like they’re beneath you is the standard here, Five Star Toyota needs to raise the bar.

  I had a great experience buying my 2020 Hyundai Elantra from Five Star Toyota. The staff was friendly, answered my questions, and made the buying process smooth. They fixed the window issues they found at no extra cost, which I really appreciated. I’m happy with my car and feel like they treated me fairly. I would definitely recommend Five Star Toyota to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Thanks again for the great service!
