  I recently purchased a vehicle and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The salesman Sam was professional, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured during the process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain our options clearly, and helped us find the perfect vehicle for our needs and budget. The buying process was smooth, transparent, and much quicker than I expected. Everyone was friendly and made us feel valued as a customer. I especially appreciated his honesty, communication, and attention to detail throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable car-buying experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases.

  I had an amazing experience with this dealership! I came to Chance and told him I was interested in a specific expedition , he even helped me fill out the application and all. Being a busy mom and running a business this helped a lot! I then was approved we negotiated the terms with Hayden the general manager and he was amazing and understood where we wanted to be price wise and worked with us! When I showed up to get my vehicle I was over the moon with it. We then signed the papers and took it home! Thank you Chance for helping me through the whole process and taking most of this process off my plate! I’ll be sending you guys business soon!

  Very happy with my experience at Five Star Toyota Milledgeville. Samuel Trammell was wonderful through the entire process. He was kind and patient and never pressured me about anything. He answered all my questions, offered information and suggestions. Didn't flinch when I changed my mind about something and supported my concerns. Also helped me with setup and pairing of tech devices. Am very happy with my new Highlander. Would definitely request help from Mr. Trammell if I every need another vehicle. Compliments also to Astia in finance for smooth purchase experience.

  I am truly satisfied and happy 😊 servicing my vehicle with them, the staff is warm and friendly, and are willing to share valuable information about pricing and promotions that they have, I actually got a $9 oil change last week after doing business with them for a while, and trust me every dollar saved these days are worth it. I highly recommend them, and yes you can thank me later.

  I made one phone call to Alyssa Crosby, Sales Professional at Five Star Toyota of Milledgeville, Georgia, and the ball was rolling. I told her exactly what I wanted; car, color, interior, motor,…and she said, “Let’s meet tomorrow at the dealership!” She didn’t have the car I wanted on the lot but I test drove a very similar car. She found 2 cars available and told me she could get it here in 13 days. It arrived on their lot, she called me with pictures of exterior and interior on my dream car. I picked it up the very next day! Shiny and clean, full tank of gas and parked out front waiting on me! Alyssa was very knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles! She got my phone connected, explained how to work the a/c and cruise control, a crash course to make sure I could get home safely. I have never experienced the ease it was doing business with all the employees of Five Star Toyota, Milledgeville. All were friendly and very professional. Although none of us like spending money, their Finance Manager, Tai, was so pleasant and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make us happy customers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the Crew, I’ve made some new friends in Milledgeville! Highly Recommend
