  Start off with, the customer service was great, 5 stars for the maintenance desk team. With than said, I came in with a faulty fuel gauge that had had problems for a few years and I finally wanted to just get it fixed. I explained that it will say full until the tank is nearly half empty then rapidly drop to half before going down as normal. Stressed this had been a long time issue not new. They spent an entire day and more than 30 miles driving it before saying I could pick it up but no work had been done since they couldn't see the problem... The problem only shows itself somewhere around half a tank, that takes nearly 200 miles from full to get to. I just wanted a new fuel gauge that would fix a long time issue. They refused to replace it since they could not confirm that it was faulty, but I could bring it back again later. That's not happening.

  What a wonderful experience I had at 5 Star Toyota. It was my first visit there. From my initial meet with my service advisor to when I was driving away it was 5 star all the way. My advisor went over all my service needs and concerns. She kept me abreast constantly and in person as to how my service was progressing. I was aware of the cost from the beginning. The video I was sent of my actual car inspection was a surprisingly added bonus. Everyone seemed to enjoy being there and concerned about their customers. Best customer service I’ve ever gotten from any dealership. I was at Acura dealership in Athens the next week. Total nightmare and no personal service. Everyone should copy 5 Stars model. Please keep up the good work and don’t change. Bob Wheeler

  Great Experience!! My purchase was off site, (purchased without seeing in person), and thoroughly handled by a very personable and professional sales team led by Tequila Durden. Delivered on time and exactly as promised. I have exactly what I wanted and would highly recommend to anyone looking in a similar situation or in person. The best vehicle purchase I've ever made in my 69 years of owning.

  100% Ask for ALYSSA in SALES! She provided outstanding customer service in the process of picking out my car. Driving from hours away she put in so much work, to provide me with every video and photo that I requested and more!! The manager and Chance also jumped in and helped her with the videos that I requested of the Corvette revving to see and hear the exhaust. Upon arrival I was welcomed when I arrived and treated with smiles. Alyssa had the keys and car ready when I arrived and definitely made sure I was happy during my entire experience, even offering to purchase me a drink and snack for me! Outstanding Alyssa, thank you so much!!
