  Unhelpful staff. Brought all the documents they told me to bring and wouldn’t rent to me. Never had this experience at other enterprise locations.

  Would be less then 1 star.... Made reservation drove 1 hour to get there and no car available..... Update: the company's response is so generic you're literally on the milledgeville page and they ask you to provide a location.

  The worst location ever rented from. Management & staff are even worse!! I wish I could have entered a 0 but you have to at least give a 1 to leave a review. This location ruined my family’s vacation yesterday. They own 2 large/ full size SUV & Trucks. They rented 2 months ago and extra Large vehicle, Bigger than their own personal vehicles. They have a daughter in a wheelchair, special needs, CP. They rented this vehicle more than a month ago and had called the Milledgeville, GA location just last week on the 9th to ensure a vehicle they needed would be available. ( Anyone traveling with a special needs child who needs a wheelchair, walker, stander and other equipment knows these families pre- plan, plan, double check and confirm as routine). When Mom called the Milledgeville, Ga location in the 9th of July she was assured they would have the appropriate vehicle for their needs. They paid for the Larger Sized Vehicle, purchased travel insurance through Enterprise all pre-paid. Yesterday was the family’s planned day to pick up rental and leave on vacation with their family. The same man who assured the family he would have the vehicle did not have the vehicle needed. He did not apologize. Both parents, a sister and both mothers of the parents started calling every Enterprise in the Macon area, Enterprise Customers Service Corporate and even sent a message in LinkedIn to a couple executives. One executive from LinkedIn in immediate forwarded it to Customer Service who sent me a message to call the original customer service number that is run by AI which is the worst! Corporate customer service could only write it up and send the complaint through the normal channels. That showed me and my family that Enterprises Car Rentals is not a Customer Service oriented company. Their executive do not care. They have NO Dept for help for special needs families. We have used Enterprise Rental Car company for more than 20 years BUT NEVER AGAIN after this experience with them! You didn’t just loose one customer from this one experience you lost 10 families and however many more that listen to the warning. There was no resolution to this issue yesterday. The family packed up, squished in their personal vehicle and departed for their planned vacation, late.
