This Mavis location is 0 for 2 with me. My first experience a few months ago was to have a tire replaced because of a puncture that couldn't be fixed. When I went to pick up my truck, they had parked my truck out front with the new tire. However, they had forgotten to put any air in the tire!
Not withstanding this transgression, I ignored that little voice in my head and went back to this Mavis location to have all four tires replaced a few weeks ago. When I picked up my truck with my shiny new tires, I discovered very shortly there after that all four tires had very different pressures, two had stem caps, one had no stem cap, and one had a nitrogen stem cap. I also noticed some vibration. After driving to Atlanta and back, the vibration didn't go away, so I took it to the dealership who pointed out that the tires were out of balance. I spoke with a manager about this three days ago, and he was going to call me back the next day with a resolution of these issues. Three days later, I have yet to hear from him.

Called in for two tires was told with tax and everything it would be $260 got there it’s $380 talking about they mis quoted me. Just took my money and didn’t care. Told me it would be an 1hr come back 3 hours later car wasn’t even started on like bad for business. I will not be going back

Had an appointment for a brake inspection due to knowing the vehicle was due for new brakes- literally sat in the lobby for over 3 and a half hours and my vehicle never even moved from its parking spot with no updates on anything (never even did an inspection let alone any work beyond that). This place is an embarrassment to the automotive field and they have no idea how to run a business.

Have had a terrible experience here for my first time service. Was told it would be ready and wasn't. Sat for 6 hrs, had no way home, not from Columbus Georgia. They broke a bolt off and told me they don't do welding to take it somewhere else for that, and not to drive it for a long distance. Please get your brakes or tires somewhere else, this was not a good choice for me. Do not deserve the one star.
