  Mr. John was amazing. I come all the way from Hampton to this car wash in McDonough because it’s always clean, the customer service is great and the ppl are friendly. Thanks Mr. John!

  Horrible… how you have red dirt at the car wash. I understand you had a problem that created it but it’s everywhere. Can’t even vacuum correctly because the red dirt it on the hose so I left with a half vacuum car. Can’t clean my glass because it was no glass cleaner. Can’t wrap my car down because it was no towels. But I still got charged the same price for a half ass service. Let’s add all the red dirt on the bottom of my shoe that I now in my car. The worst. Yall owe me a car wash!

  I do not understand how this car wash has a 4.7 rating. When the vacuum system is horrible. I went to two different vacuums matter of fact three different vacuums and none of them gave any type of vacuum suction to even vacuum out a floor mat. Very very unsatisfied who wants to go through a muddy parking lot while leaving a car wash in order to even get to the vacuum section. You got to go through a muddy parking lot. Yes, the customer service person did say that the parking lot was muddy so try to use the vacuums in the back once you leave out of the car wash. Ma'am that's impossible you have to exit and to get to other vacuum station. You have to go through the parking lot so therefore you leave with dirty muddy tires. I'm very dissatisfied with this car wash. Never again.

  On July 25th the wash machine malfunctioned and smashed my windshield, spraying glass into my car’s interior, my legs, and the various items I had inside. The staff told me it’d be a couple weeks before I received an email from them or their insurance to cover the damages and anything else, but the email never came. It’s been nearly two months and the only points of contact are a phone number answered by a voice bot that sends you to a website, and an account management page on said website. I’ve tried resolving this directly, but cannot reach anyone. I live three hours away with a windshield bill, glass still in my carpet and my paint, and no one to get a hold of. Maybe the owner reads their Google reviews.

  I had a great experience at Whistle Express Car Wash! I ran into an unexpected issue with my American Express card, and the gentleman who assisted me was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. He never made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience, which I truly appreciated. Great customer service can make all the difference, especially when something isn’t going quite right. Thank you for handling the situation with such professionalism and kindness. I’ll definitely be back!
