  This location ALWAYS provides Excellent Service loaded with Courtesy and Professionalism. My tech today was a young man whose name is Fire and he absolutely lived up to his name! For as long as I am in Henry County or any of the surrounding areas this will be the location I come to!

  They are wonderful here! Just pull up, they do everything for you and you never have to get out. I was in and out in 20 mins! Super friendly and helpful without being pushy in sales. As a female, I felt extremely comfortable and will be back!

  I had the opportunity to visit this location for my car maintenance before leaving the country. Unfortunately, all the other places I booked with had later appointments, so I couldn’t get my car serviced there. Opting for a drive-up/walk-in was the best choice I made. I will definitely come back here because of their excellent service.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stopped by the Valvoline in McDonough, GA for an oil change and had a really great experience. Schawn was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. While taking care of my oil change, he took the time to explain the other services my truck needed and why they were important. I appreciated that he educated me without making me feel pressured to buy anything. It's not often you come across someone who genuinely wants to help and make sure you understand what's going on with your vehicle. The service was quick, the staff was courteous, and I left feeling confident that my truck was in good hands. Thanks, Schawn, for the excellent customer service—I’ll definitely be back! 🚙🥰💯
