  I had a great experience at Valvoline! The service was fast, smooth, and professional from start to finish. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything they were doing without trying to pressure me into anything. I was in and out quicker than I expected, and the customer service was on point. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had getting my car serviced. I’ll be coming back!

  Amazing customer service! They were quick, and remained professional. Exceptionally nice. I am highly pleased and will most likely be making this my new oil change spot. Also, (for the women) I felt comfortable and relaxed…not annoyed by “take my number” chatter. IYKYK. I’ll be back! Oh and I even got a $20 off for my next oil change too.

  I have been coming to this location since they first opened for my oil changes. This time I met the new manager and it was a pleasure. He was very helpful and kind and smiled the entire time. I appreciate their customer service and everyone who worked on my car. I will be back.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars for Valvoline Oil Change on Jodeco Road — and a HUGE shoutout to Trey! I went in today for a simple oil change, and Trey absolutely went above and beyond! While checking my cabin filter, I mentioned that I hadn’t had working A/C in TWO MONTHS because every time I turned it on, it sounded like it was going to blow up. I just hadn’t had time to take it to a shop. Trey took the time to check it out, pulled everything apart, and found and removed a dead mouse that was causing the problem! 😳🐭 Now my A/C is blowing GREAT, and all I went in for was an oil change! 🙌🏼 Trey truly saved the day and is officially my hero because this Georgia heat with no A/C has been no joke! 😂 Thank you, Trey, for taking the extra time to help me when you absolutely didn’t have to. That is what amazing customer service looks like! Valvoline, you’ve got a great one with Trey! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I had to leave a review because the service was outstanding. From the moment I pulled in, the technician was friendly, respectful, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They checked my lights, inspected the cabin air filter, and performed several other routine checks to make sure everything was in good shape. The entire visit only took about 15–20 minutes. I usually take my car to the dealership for oil changes, and I’m rarely out of there in less than two and a half hours. The business was clean, the staff was professional, and everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind. They also offer a military discount, which means a lot to our family. I’ll definitely be returning for future service, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fast, professional, and hassle-free oil change.
