  Amazing experience. Customer service was A1, very informative and thorough. Rissa did a great job explaining the service and went an extra step to suggest potential future services I may need so that I can be aware head of time and plan. 10/10 would recommend. And thanks Doug for doing the dirty work!!

  Doug is the man! I had a fantastic experience getting my oil changed at Valvoline today! Doug was absolutely great—he was incredibly professional, walked me through exactly what they were doing, and made the whole process super fast and stress-free. I'm coming back for sure for all my next oil changes.

  Doug, Ariel, and Eli were so nice, helpful, and efficient! I have Doug every time I come in and he is so kind, informative, and understanding when comes to all of the things I’m not interested in getting that day. They literally check everything and make sure I’m good to go. I sent all my family and friends there. Keep up the good work friends.

  I wouldn’t recommend this location. I got a tire rotation and oil change back in January and I went this past week to get my brakes check and it was brought to my attention that when they did my tire rotation they didn’t put my lung neck back on straight. And today I visited this same location to get the problem resolved and the manager Douglas decided to pull me the side and then get the other two cars that came after I pulled up. I waited over 40 minutes for a problem they caused. This location staff needs to learn how to slow down and pay attention to what they are doing!!!!!!!!! And learn how to communicate with their customers

  I’ve had my last two oil changes here. Everything went well with the oil change but here I am a month after the second one. And my undercarriage engine cover is hanging off. I went to get my tires rotated and balance after I had to get on the ground in my clothes After buying duct tape because I could not fit far enough up under there to push it up so it wouldn’t drag on my way to the tire shop. Once there they had to remove it. Because they said all of the clips were missing except for one. They said I need to go back. But I’m wondering why they let me drive off knowing they were missing??? Were they never did put them back on. I reluctant to go back because I don’t want an argument to pursue.
