Customer service sucks!! I will never go there again. I will travel miles before I go to that place again!!

Today I walked in, four yellows sign throughout the store warning of wet floors, no napkins to be found anywhere, the coffee bar was an absolute mess as well as the counter across from the soda machine. I got a cup of coffee and while I know it’s freshly ground it tasted like it came from an old dirty pot. I actually dumped my coffee out when I got to where I was going. Lastly, both computers in the self serve lines were down. This was truly disappointing. Bring back the original staff!
