Very disappointing experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes in McDonough. I had a scheduled appointment for a brake job, but due to several employees calling out, I was asked to return the next day at the same time. I returned as instructed and waited three hours, yet my vehicle was never worked on.
There were only two other customers waiting when I arrived, and there seemed to be no urgency or consideration for the fact that I had already been inconvenienced the day before. After three hours with no progress, I asked them to put my tires back on and canceled the service.I would not recommend this location!
UPDATE: Mavis told me I needed new rotors and brakes, claiming my brake life was at 20%. I went elsewhere and was told I didn't need either because my brakes were roughly at 90%. The second mechanic even showed me my brakes and rotors to prove it.

I was in desperate need of having my tire changed, but I was on a budget. Mavis was able to help me out same day and not only informing me of their promotions, but also price match!! And then when I didn’t have a wheel lock, they did everything to make sure they can help me out by finding one for me and even helped me find one to purchase for in the future!
