Oil is the lifeblood of every standard vehicle on the road. It's crucial to regularly check your oil and schedule oil change service for your car to ensure it runs properly. Regular service also allows us to check for leaks in your engine that could shorten your vehicle's lifespan and lead to other avoidable problems.
Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.
We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.
Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.
Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.
Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples.
Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.
There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

today I went to Mavis tires and break and I was treated so well and got such a great deal on my oil change so close to closing time. I was treated with respect and dignity and give it a extremely fair price. I believe the Mavis employees are phenomenal... they deserve raises, they deserve public acknowledgment for the efforts and the way they treated me.. the whole world should come to Mavis tires and brakes in Hampton McDonough road and South point boulevard.. I was giving some really good advice and saving me money now and in the future.... thank you Mavis tires and brakes for hiring such excellent employees thank you very much and God bless your company !!!!

This location was full of unhappy people who apparently wanted everyone else to be miserable as well. Only ONE person, ERIC was friendly, courteous, and made the entire experience ok. To be honest, the techs and whoever the weird, tall guy walking around doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was (not even sure why he gets paid???), seemed less than knowledgeable and VERY VERY UNFRIENDLY. But not ERIC! He was the very best part of the service we received! Thank you ERIC for being better than your surroundings and stepping up as a good HUMAN! 🙂

May 16, 2026 I spent over $500 on two tires and an alignment, yet these tires lasted less than 2,000 miles. On June 15, 2026, I was forced to purchase two additional tires. Furthermore, I was not given the opportunity to choose my tires as promised, and 4x4 tires were installed despite my vehicle being a 2x4.
As an employee at a car dealership, I had a certified technician inspect my vehicle. They confirmed that the alignment performed at your shop actually worsened the vehicle's condition, leading to the premature tire wear.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Mavis Tires. I brought my car in because my brakes were making grinding and squeaking noises. I was told my brakes were fine and that the issue was my rear rotors. I paid $277 for the repair, but the grinding and squeaking noises are still there.
When I returned to explain that the problem had not been resolved, the employee at the front desk had an attitude and made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Instead of listening to my concerns, I felt dismissed.
I paid for a repair expecting the issue to be fixed, but my brakes are still making the same noises. As a customer, I expected better communication, better customer service, and a proper diagnosis of the problem. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating and disappointing.
