I had a wonderful experience at Mavis Tires and brakes in McDonough! Vinson took the time to explain to me about my tires and put air in them as a walk in! His level of professionalism was outstanding and very impressive!

I had a great experience at Mavis Tires. The staff was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into unnecessary services, and got me in and out faster than I expected. The pricing was fair, and my car drives smoother than ever after the new tires and alignment. It’s hard to find honest and efficient auto service these days, but this location definitely earned my trust. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend Mavis to anyone needing tires or maintenance.

Horrible service, waited 3 hrs for a mount and balance after being told by the manager Gary it would take 1 hr. Afterwards I waited to speak with Gary about the wait and he wasn't available until I paid. Never going here again.

I brought my car to the McDonough location because I was told there was a nail in my tire and the pressure was down to 28 when it should be 35. When they took it of and tried to find the nail it was tiny! There was no way it could have punctured the tire! They put my tire back together and didn’t charge me anything!!! I was super pleased!! You never get that kind of service anymore. Thank you so much Derrick!

I wish i can leave a negative stars. Let me start of by saying i been working on cars since i was 15 and most of my guys i grew up became mechanics so i know a little something about cars and trucks. I went there to get my wife brake changed on a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. We dropped it off and left. They called us back and said they can’t change the brakes because the nuts are swollen 🤣🤦🏽‍♂️i can’t make this up. Then told me that they would have to replace them and they cost 11$ a piece we talking 20 bolts.so I didn’t go back and forth cause it was obvious these people are not certified mechanics. i just went got the keys and had aaa tow it to a friend of mine shop who i should of took it to the first place but his shop is 22 miles farther away.My boy changed the brakes. When he got done i asked him did he have a hard time with the swollen bolts? The man looked at me crazy and we both just busted out laughing he had no trouble at all with no such thing as swollen was wrong it the bolts. They need to close this place down they got a 2.2 overall review on yelp how they got a 4.6 on google is beyond me
