This tire shop is the best!!! I came down here for training and ended up getting a flat, my roadside assistance messed up my car bad, I took it to Mavis and they fixed it and got me out the same DAY!!!!! For a very decent price! I recommend this shop to anybody needing fast reliable auto care!!! If I could give them 1000 stars I would!!!

Mavis installed a new battery in my Honda Accord. We worked with Eric. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He quoted us a time for the service and he proved to be reliable. The battery purchase and service was very affordable in comparison to the competition. The technician also reset my anti-theft system on my navigator system before I left so I would not have any issues. I recommend letting Mavis take care all of your automotive needs. Be sure to ask for Eric!

I had a complete brake job performed on my 2016 BMW 5 Series at this Mavis location on April 4, 2026, and paid approximately $1,200. Only a few months later, my vehicle displayed a maintenance warning indicating that the brake pads needed to be replaced.
I called the store the day before bringing my car in, and the manager, Derek, told me to come in and he would look at it. When I arrived, I was met with a rude, dismissive attitude. Instead of honoring what was discussed over the phone or offering an appointment, Derek acted as though my concerns were an inconvenience. I explained that after spending $1,200 on brake work, I should not be dealing with a brake pad warning so soon or having to wait without any accommodation.
What disappointed me most was not just the potential issue with the repair, but the poor customer service. Derek came across as cocky, disrespectful, and unwilling to listen or help resolve the situation. As a customer, I expected professionalism and accountability, especially after making such a significant investment in repairs.
Because of this experience, I contacted Mavis corporate and filed a formal complaint. I hope the company investigates both the quality of the brake work performed and the way customers are treated at this location. I cannot recommend this store based on my experience.
