Let me tell you. Jackie at Foster Dr., McDonough, GA Mavis store helped me keep my sanity today! Driving from Savannah area to Stone Mountain, my Toyota Sienna van started giving me fits. I was on the side of I75 with Trac Control Off popping up and Check Engine light on. When I would try to drive it, it acted like it was in Neutral position. Not good. Sat on side of highway. Waited a few minutes and was able to drive to the next exit which is where I saw this Mavis. It’s already 3:00 pm on a Saturday but they were open. Even though they weren’t able to assess my van’s issue, Jackie kept me calm and helped me figure out how to continue to my conference (that I’m co-chair of with a van FULL of our conference needs). She called nearest Toyota service but they were closed for the day. She then located closest Enterprise rental car for me to contact. Got a rental van secured through them, but now I need to Uber to Enterprise. I’m looking at getting biggest Uber available since I had so much stuff, but Jackie helped me understand that I could come back with rental and reload then. Being from out of town and overwhelmed, Jackie offered customer service and support when I needed it most. Back from Enterprise, I loaded new van and left my keys with Jackie and crew for Monday when we can figure out what to do with van. But most importantly, Jackie helped me calmly get to my conference. She’s a treasure for sure, Mavis!
