This place is terrible. They don't care. I got an oil change today, 9/20/26. $125 full synthetic! Seems ridiculously high. I had a coupon and complained of the e price so they lowered it to $99. Done in 5 min. Their speed was the only positive until I noticed that they didn't fill the empty windshield washer fluid until I asked. Didn't check the tire pressure until I asked. They didn't check the cabin air filter like they had in the past. I will not be going back.

The service was pretty fast I sat down maybe 8 min. No one showed me what my oil looked like and how dirty the filter was so I’m not sure if I will return. Was charged $118! I’ll just take my car back to GM.

If I could’ve givin 0 stars I would’ve. This place is horrible, they take pictures of your card and order online food. I have pictures of the receipt in my phone, they are very rude and attitudes are horrible. The worker lied and said he was the manager, while signing for my card without my permission. The manager is actually the general manager, but claims this issue is above her. Meanwhile I’m asking to speak with the district manager & he’s saying he’s busy and can’t talk to me. HOW CANT YOU WHEN THIS IS YOUR BUSINESS. Stealing from your customers. This is crazy. I’m out of money spent on food I didn’t eat nor order. This is sick. I have called the police. They are nasty rude & need to be arrested and shut down. How many other people are you taking money from. You all are sick. Do not get your oil changed here, no matter how in need. Their customer service is pathetic. I was givin a email to contact the area district manager while the so called manager talked to him on the phone right in front of me.
