    Very professional and upfront about the rental process! I was offered pre pay option for gas when using the vehicle. That option came in handy when returning the vehicle, I was too tired to stop at gas station upon returning. Thank yall

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Enterprise. The way my rental agreement has been handled has been confusing, inconsistent, and unprofessional. I contacted Enterprise Customer Service to extend my rental by one week and was told my total would be approximately $200. I paid that amount over the phone and was assured my rental was extended and everything was taken care of. I even spoke with multiple representatives who confirmed my account was in good standing and apologized for the earlier confusion. Just a few days later, the local McDonough branch contacted me claiming the information from Customer Service was incorrect. I was then told I owed an additional $300 and that the extension processed through Customer Service would not be honored. On top of that, the return date on my rental has repeatedly changed without my knowledge, and I have screenshots documenting the different dates that were provided to me. I am now being threatened with late fees because of errors that were not caused by me. As the customer, I should not be caught in the middle of conflicting information between Corporate Customer Service and the local branch. If Corporate processes an extension and confirms my rental, a local branch should not be able to override those terms without explanation. This entire experience has raised serious concerns about how Enterprise manages customer accounts. The lack of communication, accountability, and consistency is unacceptable. I will be escalating this matter to Enterprise’s corporate leadership and other appropriate consumer protection agencies because customers deserve transparency and fair treatment.

    I have rented from this location for at least almost 3 years and NEVER had an issue until TODAY! Now, I take full responsibility because things happen, however the night before I returned the rental and accidentally left my phone. The establishment doesn’t open until 8am. I waited outside with 2 other customers for the door to open. I went in and inquired about a phone that was left. It was stated that they were going to check LOST AND FOUND. When they checked, there was no phone. One of the employees advised that I checked another vehicle, however I constantly replied that none of the cars outside that were ready was the vehicle I was in. The Manager, Sedarrian, I’m assuming, asked them to bring rh vehicle around so that I can check. We found a coconut water, a cayman jacks, all prior from my ride however NO PHONE! My brother and my sister both pinged my location of device to 443 industrial blvd. When asking the manager again to please ask everyone for the device, it was stated that no one at the establishment would want my device and every one works hard. As explained to the manager, I do understand the integrity, but if the location is pinned here, ITS HERE! He proceeded to claim as if I was mistaking and continued to tell me to check the vehicle that they now brought to the front. I checked the vehicle a total of 5 times. I then proceeded to call the police in which the manager stated I would be wasting everyone’s time. After making a report with the police, they entered inside the establishment to speak with the manager. The police then came back outside with my device stating THEY SAID IT WAS IN THE LOST AND FOUND! HOW SWAY!? Y’all had me there for a WHOLE HOUR, checking a car 5 TOMES JUST FOR IT TO BE IN THE LOST AND FOUND AND THE MANAGER NOR THE EMPLOYEE WHO “DOCKED” THE CAR COULD COME OUT AND FACE ME WITH INTEGRITY TO GIVE ME THE PHONE!? I’m really disappointed.

    Would give negative stars if I could. DO NOT COME HERE! I was sent here after an accident, the body shop I took my car to arranged for them to pick me up and get a rental. Insurance set it up the day before with my name, what time I would be there and what kind of vehicle I could get. Was treated like a walk in, waited in the waiting room for an hour and a half. When I asked what the hold up was, I was told two vans would be available in five minutes. Waited another ten minutes for it, and when I finally got to the car, the employee said “didn’t I tell you?” As if to gloat. When I tried to ask what the hold up was upon getting the car, the woman said that they already had 10 vans rented this morning and it was on a return basis. I had to be there for the walk around, which I never have had to do before, and had to put in a $100 deposit for incidentals, which I understand, but normally that gets put on a card. Staff was very unprofessional- one employee had what I guess was supposed to be Chapple roan makeup on, but she looked more like a clown. I’ve only had good experiences with enterprise before this, but I’m seriously doubting ever going with enterprise again. 0/10 would not recommend. Car is also making a sound after I turn it off, which I hope doesn’t get charged to me and they had people in the waiting room with employee uniforms on but apparently don’t work there. Chaos does not good business make.
