    Terrible. Late. Didn’t have the vehicle I requested. Manager didn’t seem to want to help the situation. Person that checked me in didn’t say they didn’t have the car until I asked 30 minutes after my reservation. Just terrible.

    Enterprise was able to respond to this review BEFORE I received my vehicle... That shows where they prioritize everything, with lying coming first. What is the point of a reservation and doing all of the "early check in" options if they're not going to have a car ready until almost an hour after your reservation starts? After over an hour and a half..... Still no vehicle.

    Had a reservation, drove a hr there and was told there is no overnight customer parking. Mind you the rental was from Thursday-Sunday. However I was going to return Saturday. Horrible customer service.

    Easy pickup at the body shop and was an able to leave my rental car there for hen I picked up my car. Responsive to text messages and phone calls when I had questions.

    Today was the third time I had reserved a vehicle at this location only to be called at the end of the day to be told they don't have the vehicle. THREE times!!!
