  We got the smallest car for a week, Paying $300 plus it was a piece of junk, Never again with enterprise, We rather go to the airport and get a rental, Was very disappointed with Enterprise

  Extremely disappointing experience at Enterprise Industrial Boulevard. Enterprise called me before my rental to confirm everything and I specifically asked what I needed. I was told a debit card or credit card would be acceptable. I arrived with my debit card, completed the initial rental process, and was told my vehicle was ready. At the counter, I was then told that because of the vehicle I selected, I needed a credit card. I explained that Enterprise had specifically told me a debit card would be acceptable. Rather than helping resolve the conflicting information, the employee and the person identifying himself as the manager told me I would have to figure it out myself. Enterprise had picked me up for the rental, yet when I asked to be taken back home so I could retrieve my credit card, I was told they would not take me home and that I needed to get an Uber. I was then sent to another Enterprise location, only to be told they couldn't help me either. I ultimately ended up back at the original location and had to Uber home without the rental. The most disappointing part wasn't simply not getting the car—it was how I was treated while trying to resolve a problem that resulted from information Enterprise had given me beforehand. I left embarrassed, frustrated, and out the cost of an Uber. I have rented cars before, but after this experience, I will not use this Enterprise location again. I hope corporate management reviews the interaction, the information I was given before arriving, and how this situation was handled.

  Ryan Franklin assisted with the rental of a Tahoe and he was great. He was friendly, engaging and represented Enterprise well. When I returned the Tahoe a couple of days later, I had the privilege of working with Ryan again. My overall experience with the McDonough location was fantastic. The location was well staffed, clean and run smoothly. Ryan’s service made the experience even better. Thank you.

  I worked with with Rylan to pick up my vehicle and he was very friendly and professional. When I returned the vehicle I worked Makenna. She was also very professional and friendly. I would love to work with them for every rental i have from this location. Thank you two for quick and easy pick up and return!
