  Elvia was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire car-buying experience smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the process.   I purchased a new 2025 GMC Acadia, and brought it to Bellamy-Strickland because the brakes were squeaking after 25,000 miles. The brakes were inspected and were in great condition. I was told that the squeaking was simply a “characteristic of the vehicle” and that I would basically have to deal with it. When I asked if there was anything GMC could do to address the issue, Scott at Bellamy-Strickland responded that he does not work for GMC, he works for Bellamy, and told me to read his shirt. I found this response extremely unprofessional and dismissive, especially when I was simply trying to get help with a concern involving a relatively new vehicle. Instead of accepting that answer, I took the Acadia to Jim Ellis GMC at the Mall of Georgia for a second opinion. They identified the issue, made the necessary repairs, and returned my vehicle with the brake problem corrected to my full satisfaction. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that I had already spoken with management at Bellamy-Strickland about my concerns. I expected better customer service and a greater effort to address the problem rather than being told to simply live with it. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion if you are told that a problem with your vehicle is just something you have to “deal with.” Another GMC dealership was able to resolve the same issue that Bellamy-Strickland told me was simply a characteristic of the vehicle.

  Scott was excellent! He was professional, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of with the service on my vehicle. The entire service department always does a great job and provides professional, dependable service every time I bring one of my vehicles in. I really appreciate the great communication, attention to detail, and quality of work. It’s always nice knowing my vehicle is in good hands. Thank you, Scott, and the entire service team for another great experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  The Car dealer are nice, but there policies are awful if you've never taken your vehicle there to be serviced and it's a older car they won't work on your car, i have never heard of anything so ridiculous before in my life!!! I have work for General Motors for over 32 years and have purchased only General Motors vehicles and that's the way they treated me. I will never understand that. And then They expect me to buy a brand new General Motors vehicle from them. i think I'll drive to Another State Outside of Georgia To purchase a brand new vehicle!!!!!

  I had my gmc 2018 terrian car Towed to Bellamy. I was told the diagnostic would cost me 175 plus dollars. I received a call informing me i needed an starter before a diagnostic could be done. I did relay to Scott that a starter is not what i needed. My car cranked fine. It shift into neutral while driving and stopped. I had to pay 175 in order to get my terrian back. I had to pay for another tow to take my car to another auto shop for a second opinion. The tow truck actually drove my car off the bed. It cranked without any problems. The second opinion shop i took my terrian to couldn't find any issues and not starter problems. I just don't like the fact of someone trying to get me to purchase an 800 dollar starter and he could have simply checked a diagnostic on my vehicle like i paid for. I don’t believe a diagnostic was done. If it was, please foward me a copy to review. I will never go to your facility again.
