We had a great experience purchasing our new car! Jorge was an excellent salesman; he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of our questions and didn’t make us feel pressured. Everyone we interacted with at the dealership was welcoming and kind, which made the experience even better. I had an appointment for maintenance and a tire rotation for my Hummer EV. I took it to the Chevrolet dealership this morning, but they told me to take it to the GMC service center; however, when I got to GMC, they sent me back to Chevrolet. They only performed the tire rotation and refused to handle the warranty repair for the yellow roof light, which had a gasket that had come loose. The service was truly abysmal; they kept saying the tire rotation would be done in five minutes, yet I ended up waiting an hour. On top of that, refusing to honor the warranty for the light is appalling for a major automaker—such poor customer service.

Chana Padgett is the Best hands down ! Her customer service skills are on point . She communicates , she’s knowledgeable, and she’s honest . Each time I’ve taken my truck to Bellamy she’s made sure I had an awesome customer service experience. She goes above and beyond just service intake, she can run codes , Each time has given me an idea of what could or couldn’t be wrong and kept me updated through the diagnostic period . I’ve never been so comfortable being my truck to a dealer . I’m forever a customer of Bellamy Strickland !! They truly have themselves valuable employee!! Bellamy Commercial Service is the best !!

Heather Bell earned my business the way every salesperson should—through honesty, professionalism, and treating customers with respect.
After dealing with Volume Chevrolet, the difference was night and day. I spent a substantial amount of money with Volume Chevrolet over the years, only to be treated in a way no customer should be treated. During my final dealings with them, I was told they could take away my lifetime oil changes and was told they hoped I never came back. Those weren’t words I interpreted or assumed—they were said directly to me. The entire interaction was disrespectful, unprofessional, and made it clear my business was no longer valued.
Thankfully, my experience with Heather Bell was the complete opposite. She treated me with courtesy from day one, answered every question, communicated throughout the process, and made me feel appreciated as a customer. There were no threats, no attitude, and no games—just excellent customer service.
Because of Heather, I am now the proud owner of a 2026 GMC Sierra, and I couldn’t be happier with both the truck and the buying experience. She restored my faith that there are still dealerships and salespeople who understand that customers deserve respect, especially when making a major purchase.

When I arrived at the dealership, Rodney Moody took great care of me as my salesperson. He was professional, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He answered all of my questions and worked hard to make sure I was completely comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.
Toney, the Finance Manager, was also wonderful to work with. He explained everything clearly, made the paperwork process smooth and straightforward, and took the time to ensure I understood all of my options.
What meant the most to me was how well everyone treated me while I was going through this process on my own. My husband was not with me, and buying a vehicle can feel overwhelming, but Katie, Rodney, and Toney were incredibly kind, respectful, and supportive.
