  Stop to get a battery. Alex was very helpful, patient and caring. He never complain and explain everything he was doing to my vehicle. Outstanding customer service.

  I go here often for my auto needs but this last visit was disappointing. Customer service was poor to say the least. Cashier waited on several people that came AFTER me had me waiting to get a battery test done. Another employee stood outside talking about routes they travel to daycare with someone he FINISHED helping load items while I was standing there by a open hood vehicle, then when I mentioned the service I was asking for he all of sudden had so much to do in the back. Then an evening staff clocked in and the original cashier said he needs a battery check, she acted as if it was a problem. Did the test gave my status and tried to walk away. I did press her out excuse me I would appreciate it to see the reading... TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES but in some situations you just have to get your business done while there...

  Bailey was so smart and knowledgeable of what was going on she treated me with kindness and compassion she showed how to check my oil itself so I’ll know in the future. It’s people like her that brings humanity back I am forever grateful.

  They have the ability to get parts that they don't have on hand relatively quickly. They typically have most things in stock unless it's a rare vehicle. They can check motorcycle parts more now even though they are still limited in the stocking of those parts. They have free battery testing, charging, and engine light testing. The staff are always there to help and even install most batteries and light bulbs.
