He said he wouldn’t check the charging system for us. Then I asked for an alternator. He typed on the computer and said that they don’t have one. Then typed again and started at the computer for a few more minutes. I asked if the computer was slow and he said no, I’m waiting for you to ask for another part. He was no help at all. Never got off his chair. Did not seemed concerned to offer any help for my situation like telling me the next store that has one in stock. I left and went to AutoZone that was nearby. Now AutoZone was quick to get help.AutoZone employees came outside and scanned my charging system, said the battery was good but my alternator was bad. AutoZone had an alternator in stock and sold it to me and even gave me a discount for being a disabled vet and offered to help me install it. They were incredibly helpful and caring unlike Advanced Auto Parts and Mr. Lavariosus. I would not ever recommend this store for anything because of this employee and the management that keeps paying him.
