Torris was the best!! Showed up on time, did excellent work, and was extra friendly in explaining the process and what to expect! He fixed a rock chip and it's the best looking repair I've ever had done! That's the guy you want doing your work!!!

My 2007 Ford F150 needed a rear window replacement. The rear window had an electric sliding window but after trying to replace it the Safelite technician told me the screws would not line up. So they just ordered a full glass window without the sliding part. It was a little less expensive so I decided to replace the front windshield also which had a crack in it. Safelite had my truck for over a month because they had to order two new windshields after the rearview mirror button broke on the first one they installed. When everything was finished I went to pick up my truck and the rear view mirror was laying on the floor of the truck and the navigation piece under the mirror had a broken tab and was laying on the seat. It was after hours so I left it (after driving an hour one way to pick it up) and called them the next day to fix it. They fixed it and I picked it up the next day. I don't drive it much so it sat in my driveway for two weeks and I decided to wash it one weekend. When I was washing it I found out that the weather stripping on the passenger side was broken in two pieces. How do you let this get past inspection??? This should've never passed inspection and should've never been let out of the shop without being fixed. Two months later the technician came to my house to fix the weatherstripping and did an excellent job. Another thing I was frustrated with is that the technicians did not clean up after themselves. They left pieces of trash from where they removed the windshield on the floorboards of my truck and in the bed of my truck from the back window installation. With the truck sitting in the sun, the pieces they left in my truck bed melted to the black rhino lining of the bed and I had to scrape them off with a knife. Also, the technician who came to my house to fix the weatherstripping on the windshield did not clean the windshield after he fixed it (fingerprints and adhesive smears all over the glass). I know that some people say that I'm just being picky but I have my own painting business and I would NEVER leave a mess after a painting job. In fact, I have had customers call me and tell me how much they appreciate me cleaning up because very few contractors do. It's the little things that make a difference with customers. This is why I only gave 3 stars for my experience with Safelite. The employees were friendly though.

Installer did not show up, did not receive text or call to let me know appt. had been cancelled, only an email late that evening to say it was cancelled with no reason being listed. Cannot talk on phone with a real person to find out why it was cancelled so I could reschedule, only AI answers all their phones and then hangs up if you try to ask a question other than what it tells you.

Service was very good. Customer service was average. Promised in 2.5-3 hours. After 4 hours, had to call to get status. When calling, you speak with a national rep, who has to call the local store. Next time, I will look for a more convenient and "local" option.

Wayne is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! Great Service! Great Communication! Safelite is a little on the pricey side but I did not have to leave my front door and I received new wipers with warranty so it all worked out and I will definitely use Safelite AGAIN!!!
