  Although my technician arrived later than expected, I want to recognize him for his outstanding professionalism, courtesy, and overall politeness! He was respectful, pleasant, and maintained a professional attitude throughout the entire process of repairing my passenger-side window. He took the time to listen to all of my questions and made sure I understood what he was going to do before, during, and after the repair. His communication, patience, and willingness to keep me informed every step of the way truly stood out and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process! I believe great customer service deserves to be acknowledged, and he represented Safelite exceptionally well! He turned what could have been a frustrating experience due to the delay into a positive one through his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. He definitely deserves recognition as a **Driving All-Star** for the way he treated me and handled his job! ⭐️👏🏽 I certainly appreciate his courteously.

  Excellent and professional service came to my work place and did the installation. Which save me time. Very convenient. Will definitely used them if i ever need to again, but will definitely recommend. Thanks wayne(technician) very professional and knowledgeable.

  CeCe, the front desk employee, and the manager are very customer-service oriented professionals. CeCe insured that my damaged windshield would be replaced with Ford F-250 OEM windshield. Through the service bay window, I observed the technician expertly replacing my windshield with the OEM windshield. I could not have been more satisfied with my experience at this site. Without hesitation, I would use them again in the future.

  The store replaced my winshield but left gigantic gaps between the winshield glass and the car body. It was clearly not aligned right. I paid over 1000 dollars for the job but Safelit refused to honor its warantee. I would stay away from them.
