  Wonderful employees, helpful, patient, kind. The car I rented was very clean, new, and got great gas mileage. Would highly recommend and I will definitely return!

  I had a bad experience on a past rental. Zack the store manager went above and beyond totally changing my negative feelings into a very positive experience. He made this rental smooth, easy and enjoyable. Great customer service and taking the reigns to turn the dissatisfaction of a customer into 100% satisfaction is what enterprise promotes! I will only use Enterprise for future rentals

  I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car after my vehicle was involved in an accident. They made the rental process smooth and stress-free during a difficult time. One thing I really appreciated was their pickup service from Rick’s Body Shop, which made everything much more convenient. Marcus provided outstanding customer service throughout the process. He was friendly, professional, and made sure all of my questions were answered. The entire team was helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. If you need a rental vehicle, I highly recommend this Enterprise location. Thank you, Marcus, and the Enterprise team for making a stressful situation so much easier!

  I’ve been renting vehicles for travel for many years now. It’s not to often that I come across great customer service behind rental counters. I forget the young man’s name that helped me at pickup, but he was a ball of energy and super down to earth. It was right at closing time but he took his time to get me on my way, kept me laughing, even when I had to turn back and swap the vehicle out due to a dragging sound on the front end. At drop off, Zach was such a gentle giant. I would definitely rent from this location again.

  Had a reservation for months. Confirmed the reservation and took all required action. THE DAY OF the reservation, they called and said “Oh we don’t have your vehicle”! Like it’s no big deal. They didn’t offer any help with getting another vehicle, just flat out said “we don’t have your reservation available”. So hours later my family went to the SAME location and picked up the same type of vehicle that I had reserved. In fact she was told by them that my reservation was canceled. Why wasn’t I offered that vehicle? Terrible customer service and very little concern for customers.
