- RBrodney baker3 days ago1.0Refused to rent a car because my drivers license had a crack in it, not sir get this fixed or we will not be able to rent you a car in the future when they have been accepting it for weeks that way and not saying a word. Just take my corporate business somewhere else
- MGMillie GalvanAug 21, 20261.0Went in after the repair shop to get a quote to send to the insurance company and the manager was so rude and condescending.. the girl was helping me with it , there were no customers waiting for service (expect the ppl waiting for their rental cars) and he kept cutting her off while she was asking me questions and kept saying” we don’t do quotes in person only online “ There’s a way to speak to people and make them aware of things and this was not it .. extremely rude .

My main concern is that the taillights didn't come on, which can be nerve-wracking when you're on the highway at night. Didn't feel safe, but other than that, the car was pleasant and got the job done.

I unfortunately have a trip same day. I asked about swapping on Friday and was told yes. Now im stuck with this car giving me a headache until Friday. Thats IF they have a car. The workers try their best, its enterprise that needs a huge update to their system. Last time i waited over an hour and people didn’t know who was in line or waiting. They need a number system or something.
