  Really nice car. Staff was friendly enough. But they do not come and pick you up. Where was 3 1/2 mi from the location and I still needed an Uber.

  I used to rent from this location several times a month. This will be my last time at this location. I was told by a previous employee that Madison would reach out to me about my rental. No phone call from Madison. I was on that side of town and stopped in around 4:00. I spoke with Madison face to face she said they didn’t have the vehicle I wanted, come back at 5:30. I come back and what would you know… the vehicle I reserved was not available. I asked Madison why didn’t she call me to make me aware of this. She stares at me as if I said something she couldn’t comprehend. The manager (Wiil) steps in and says he will look in the back to see if they have anything. Nothing. I asked him about transferring the rental to the airport. Will advised me that the airport does not have a phone. There was no solution for the inconvenience they caused me. This location is no longer a good branch. Hopefully a higher up comes down and corrects these issues. Update: Will told me that when I got to the airport if there were any issues give them his email. I get to the airport and there are no cars and the young lady at the counter said Will should have contacted a manager at the airport to let them know what was going on. Now I have no rental and we were scheduled to leave at 3am. Also the computer that responded to the review did not leave a good link. When you tap it, it shows error 404 message.

  They gave me a piece of crap car, I immediately let them know... They just blew it off as to that's all the other person's insurance would pay for of course stating I could pay for an upgrade! I was the victim so "it's a no for me"! For a month I had to drive around with the maintenance lights on, a car that smelled like smoke, and it didn't even have windshield wiper fluid in it. They told me the oil change sticker and the digital dash was inaccurate! 🤦🏽‍♀️... Really? How often have you gotten an oil change & they forget to change the sticker & reset the dash? 🫪 They gaslit me as though I was some dumb female! I dropped off a jeep Sahara and was forced to drive a raggedy Honda Civic for a month! 🤬

  Not good at remembering names but Bobby Jones always get me right no matter what. Never had a problem there that I can remember and if I did they always fix it before I leave. They are the only rental place I use and will ever use.
