- AAAlexisAug 23, 20251.0I went in to get a headlight bulb for my car because one of mine had blown. Someone helped me pick one out for my car. I checked out and had my brother in law help me put it in, he said it was the wrong one so I rushed back to get it swapped for the right one. I got there at 8:50pm and I understand you had closed the cash registers early and that’s okay, I understand things happen but when I pulled up they locked the doors on me and ran to the back. I had a really bad day and it hurt my feelings and I cried, I just wanted my headlight to work. Honestly if they had just told me they closed the register early I would’ve been understanding, but locking it on me and running away really sucked.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
