- HHHaddy5 days ago1.0IF YOU WANT DAMAGES DONE TO YOUR CAR, AND PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Imagine this, it's a regular day, you go to the car wash, simple right? NOT! I utilized this car wash and my antenna cover broke off while inside. And this company refused accept fault! They watched the cameras back and a staff member had to retrieve my antenna cover piece from inside of the car wash. They took down my information and expressed they submitted a claim and gave me the run around for 2 months! How unprofessional! They didn't offer me ANYTHING and management stood their and lied to my face knowing they weren't going to cover it, referring to their signs. Once again these sleezy corporations treat people like crap. If yall never accept fault, why would my car information be written down, so obviously they pick and choose who they want to help. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend! I won't be back!

Track was not maintained and yellow bumper of track came loose wedging between rear bumper ripping it off. Pictures posted in the Google photo section on review page. You fill out a claim form but staff provides no contact info for claim. Your just supposed to hope they reach out. Very poor customer experience. Wash at your own risk!
