  I just sold my 2024 Ford F150 Crew Cab FX4 4WD with only 7k miles to "webuyanycar.com" this past week. I did the on-line We Buy Any Car offer and was satisfied with their offer. I set up the appointment for their rep to come out to my house to complete the transaction. I will say that their rep was extremely nice and professional. She called and texted many times prior to the appointment and arrived on time. After she arrived, she inspected my truck and told me that she couldn't find one thing wrong with it. However, this is where it went a little downhill for me concerning We Buy Any Car. She (Amber) told me that the quote I received was not accurate because it was a "Hybrid" and the new quote is going to be lower. I explained to her that We Buy Any Car didn't ask if it was a hybrid on their initial quote and that the hybrid is an almost $4000 option when new for the F150. She stepped outside and called her people at We Buy Any Car to tell them what I said. After about 5 or so minutes, she came back and said that they wouldn't go anymore than $3000 less than what they originally quoted me just two days earlier. I did some additional research and decided that instead of shopping it all over town and wasting time , I decided to let We Buy Any Car have it. In all honesty, I thought they were paying "all of it" with their original offer but I still think they should have paid a little more. NOT because I am being greedy, it's just that on a vehicle in that condition they should have paid at least full wholesale value. They paid right at $1000 under that. I know it's a business and I didn't have to sell it to them but it's just that they saying one thing and when they get here, it's something else. One other thing, I will say Amber was very nice to work with and I know it wasn't her doing. Will I sell them another one day? I don't know.

  We contacted Car Max who connected us to We Buy Any Car and the whole process of selling the car was very simple. We were able to sell the car within two days of contacting them. Communication was pretty good and there wasn't a ton of paperwork. Our initial offer was a little lower than what we expected/were hoping for (and compared to another offer we had received) but when we countered they were willing to come up a little. We ended up getting a fair deal and again, overall it was a positive experience.

  I went online to shop around on who I could use to sell a car. I first looked at the ratings and comments. Noticed that Webuyanycar had very high ratings and many great comments. I had scheduled a time on line to meet. I had immediatley received a confirmation text. Shortly thereafter, Monia Ametepe made a follow up call about what I was selling and to verify my appointment. After selling the car, I was satisfied with the deal and the service.

  Monia was very cordial and knowledgeable of the process. In addition, she was very knowledgeable of cars and the potential maintenance problems have. After taking a number of pictures, and getting some “continuity” readings, we went for a brief test drive . She keyed some info into the computer and presented me an offer. Her initial offer was lower than I was expecting, but I countered and she accepted, so we had a deal! The was about as pain free as it gets. Thanks Monia.
