  I recently took my car here because my car was shaking due to the rotors. At first, the service seemed helpful. They advised me to wait until my brake pads wore down before replacing the rotors because it would supposedly be cheaper to do it all at once. I appreciated the honesty at first. However, once I left the dealership, I noticed a mark on my vehicle that was not there before I dropped it off. I also noticed scratches around my screen and smudges inside my car. I immediately called the dealership, but no one answered. After repeatedly calling, I finally got someone on the phone. I asked if they clean the inside of the cars, specifically around the dash area, and they told me no. I then explained the damage I noticed, and I was told I would need to speak with the manager Kevin, who would not be available until Monday. When Monday came, I called again and still could not get in touch with the manager Kevin. It is honestly very difficult to get anyone on the phone there. I eventually drove up the dealership myself. The manager Kevin came out, looked at my car, and took his own picture. What immediately raised a red flag for me was when he said, "This happens all the time. People claim their cars get hit here when they don't". Instead of making me feel heard, it felt like I was being accused of lying before the situation was even investigated. He went inside for quite a while and then returned saying the mark was already there when they bought my car into the shop. He claimed they take pictures before working on vehicles, but he only showed me one picture that conveniently looked similar to the picture he had just taken outside. He did not show me additional photos of my car from checking. I also asked whether the system has a timestamp on the photo, he told me no. That response made me extremely uncomfortable and did not build trust at all. Overall, I left this experience feeling very disappointed and unappreciated as a customer. I only trust my car with places I feel are honest, transparent, and accountable, and unfortunately this experience did not give me that confidence.

  On multiple occasions, Volvo Cars of Marietta’s service dept. went above and beyond from what one would expect especially for an out of towner who shows up on Friday for an emergency issue. I love my 2014 XC90. In town from south FL, dealing with a serious family medical issue. Needed my car for trips to the hospital. Both shop and service managers were very compassionate. The problem was identified, part sent overnight and car fixed first thing Saturday morning. Two weeks later, also on a Friday a different problem was immediately repaired. Highly recommend this dealership for your Volvo service.

  Justin Ball is the best car salesperson that I have encountered in 45+ years of buying cars. He is very straightforward and no nonsense. He also has an extremely deep knowledge base of the vehicles he sells and is able to teach the buyer how to best use the technology options. He made the trade process efficient while making sure that I was comfortable with every step. He has impeccable manners and is uber respectful which immediately puts the buyer at ease. I hope he stays with Volvos of Marietta for a long time because I would buy from him again for sure! PS I really love my new Volvo XC60! My third Volvo!

  I purchased my first Volvo from Ellis and had a pretty good experience overall. My husband and I went in a few months ago thinking we may trade in our current vehicle and purchase to new Volvos and the customer service was just off. We couldn’t get to the price or the financing rate that I was comfortable with and that was fine, but it was the circus within the customer service team that left a bad taste in my mouth. This experience happened several months ago, but I still feel the need to leave this review. I loved my Volvo and do plan on purchasing a new one soon but it definitely won’t be here.

  I had such a great experience here with Justin! He was so accommodating with every ask I had, spent dedicated time after purchase to go over all the features of my car, and helped optimize the buying process as much as possible. He’s a super star! Early who helped me with financing was also so kind and helpful, they all were!
