  I have never dealt with a dealership service center that takes care of their clients quite like Volvo of Marietta. Everyone I have dealt with has been honest and trustworthy, which I feel is rare for any dealership. Jason Frothingham has been an absolute pleasure to work with for years. Rich, the loaner manager, is also a pleasure to work with. Justin, the mechanic that has solved multiple issues for me, is a world class mechanic. They all deserve recognition for their professionalism and client relationship management. When I had a 1 of 1 issue last year, neither I or the Volvo team knew the extent of the diagnostics that would be required to solve the problem. Although the repair took a long time, I was completely taken care of with loaner vehicles for the entirety of the time it took to repair my vehicle. My issue was fixed and has not resurfaced. When diagnostics cannot unequivocally identify the exact problem, the dealership is honest and does not attempt to sell services and parts replacements that might not solve the issue. I will continue taking my vehicle to Volvo of Marietta for future repairs, whether large or small, because i know the level of service I will receive will be unparalleled.

  We live in Texas, and my wife found a Volvo XC60 at the Volvo Marietta dealership that was just what she was looking for. I was lucky enough to get connected with Chris Lagos. He took great care of us from start to finish - straightforward, transparent, no pressure, helpful, great communication through the entire process. Chris exceeded expectations at every level, and the dealership was very client focused.

  We had an incredible experience working with Jeana Neves at Volvo Cars of Marietta while getting our new vehicles. From start to finish, Jeana was extremely accommodating, friendly, attentive, and easy to work with. She matched our excitement about getting into our new Volvos and made us feel truly valued as customers throughout the entire process. A big shoutout to Early Pickett in the F&I department as well! Early was extraordinarily professional, welcoming, and seamless to work with. When a couple of minor tech issues popped up during signing, he handled them smoothly and effortlessly behind the scenes without impacting our timeline or experience at all.   The best experience we’ve ever had buying a car. That’s saying a lot as we’ve bought a lot of cars over the years. We came here for the car we found online, not the dealers reputation (which I did notice is excellent). However, the best part of this transaction was not the car (which we do love) but the people at this dealership. They really made the process low stress and easy on my wife and I. We will definitely buy our cars here going forward. I hope the people and selling approach here never changes! Very, very impressed. Thank you Chris and David!

  UPDATE: They gave me a $400 refund for the mudflap I'll let the videos speak for themselves. The mechanics broke my trunk and then had the audacity to quote me for a fix. To replace my mudflap they took a screw from the working mudflap and used it on the replacement one. It's barely hanging on. (Each flap is supposed to have 3 screws. Instead of ordering 3 new ones they took one out of the good one and put that ONE to hold the new flap) I hope whoever made that decision gets fired. It could have caused an accident. Cutting corners wherever they can and the sheer laziness of such an act is appalling. They are also rude in general at the desk. No thank you once the service is done. They literally just dropped my keys on the desk and didn't say anything. Crazy. I'm getting ready to take this to small claims court if they don't make it right. Giving them 1 more chance and I'II delete this review
