  Jeana was very easy to work with. Picking up car was fast and effortless. Jeana explained the car and how to navigate through all the programs on the car. My only regret is I wanted to pay less! Moral of that story keep negotiating by text before going to see! 😀 loved the car when I saw in person!

  If you want to visit a car lot and not be bothered by a salesman come here when there’s a FIFA match on. Couldn’t get help today at all. We will be buying elsewhere.

  I am writing this review after multiple attempts of reaching out to the dealership, they procialm they are the best dealership in usa , which is not true . My experience is that even after finalizing the deal they dont process your application for days . You might end up having multiple credit checks because if this delay . And also from pricing prespective ypu can find bette deala of 1000 dollars less with other dealerships. Please negotiate diligently and make sure they process your application within a day. I have met wih chriatopher and mr.a both seems pleasing at first interaction but later they dont do or update you on time. This is genuine review and pleae check above things before going to volvo cars of marietta dealership because of these guys i lost another good deal and finallg still following up even after finalising the deal

  Justin was fantastic to deal with. Polite attentive and respectful. I have a particular way of approaching car deals and Justin followed up with things as asked and was a pleasure to work with. So much so we are buying a second vehicle with him Friday.

  We had a great buyer experience dealing with Volvo Cars of Marietta & our salesman specifically Justin Ball. From initial outreach I received a timely reply. The car I was interested in happened to be at the Mall of GA (Buford) location (shared site/sister store) - without hesitation Justin initiated the car to be moved & had it in store same day- much more convenient. Continued correspondence via text/email was great. Upon arrival at the store he was friendly, extremely knowledgeable (about all Volvos & features), empathetic & not pressuring at all - even offering solutions. I brought my daughter back and he provided a wonderful experience for her as well. We purchased an XC40 for couldn't be happier overall. I told him that he provided the best car purchase experience I've dealt with and that's the truth. I'll recommend him to my family & friends for sure. Early Pickett in closing/finance was great too.
