  I drive out of my way to visit this specific Valvoline because their customer service has been better than other locations! Always runs through car needs (even if the cabin filter is pricey 😉). I always find a coupon for the oil change. Will definitely be back!

  Title: Valvoline Service Review I recently went to Valvoline for an oil change and tire rotation. They were very fast and completed the service in a reasonable amount of time. After leaving, I noticed an issue with my lane-assist technology while driving. Normally, when lane assist is turned on, it should help keep the car within the lane. However, after the tire rotation, the system started moving the car out of the lane. I noticed the issue the same day and took the car back to Valvoline. They politely listened to my concern. Initially, they said the issue was not caused by the tire rotation, but I explained that the problem had started immediately after the service. They agreed to remove the tires and redo the rotation. After they completed the work, the issue was resolved, and the lane assist started working properly again. Although I was initially concerned that the tire rotation had affected my vehicle’s lane-assist system, I appreciate that the Valvoline team listened to me and took action to resolve the problem, even though they did not admit that the rotation caused it. Their service was fast, and they were willing to help when I returned with a concern. I would recommend Valvoline, while also encouraging customers to pay attention to how their vehicle performs after any service. 👍

  Went to this location 5 months ago for an engine check and a battery swap. While on vacation in North Georgia the piece of junk battery I received suddenly stopped working and I was forced to do an emergency swap at one of the local auto shops. I requested a refund from the manager on staff and was refused it simply because I did not do the battery swap at their store. As if it wasn't clear that I was not able to get my car to their specific shop. Absolutely ridiculous, thought I got good service, seems that wasn't the case

  I’ve been using this location since it opened and have had nothing but positive experiences. The technicians are consistently friendly, professional, and—most importantly—honest. A perfect example: my daughter brought in her newly purchased used car for an oil change and a mileage sticker. Instead of up-selling, they let her know the oil was clear and had likely been changed recently, so an oil change wasn’t needed. That level of integrity is rare and deeply appreciated. Because of their honesty and quality service, Valvoline will continue to be our go‑to for all four of our vehicles.
