- KDKing DrakeSep 23, 20261.0Do not get your oil change here they will not do a good job my truck was perfectly fine until I brought it to this location to get my oil change they left my oil filter loose I called and told them they told me to bring it back there to check it and top it back off with the oil I lost I did just that but when I was there they wasn't trying to put the oil I lost back in there I lost I had to tell them repeatedly the manager got smart with me because I wanted the oil I lost because I knew that couldn't be safe well eventually we hit the road me my 4 year old and pregnant wife was on the road and the car came into a complete stop while we was going 80 mphs we got it towed took it to the dealership they ran test and said it was a problem with the fluids at the first checkpoint so I go on with the diagnostic they find metal debris in my oil I haven't even drove 15000 miles in this truck since I had it and that's just high way miles back and forth to Knoxville the manager denied my claim with out even really hearing me out I wouldn't suggest nobody to get oil change here seriously they don't care bout no customer care at all !!!!
- IMIts MeSep 18, 20265.0Someone suggested that I have my transmission fluid changed. But I’m glad that Valvoline have the experience knowledge and fortitude to check my transmission fluid and found it necessary for it to be cleaned. I watched closely as Evan pull parts out of my car with confidence and assurance informed me every step of the way. Definitely the customer service at this location is outstanding. I’ve been here before to have my oil changed. And I’m always greeted with smiles assurance. Confidence, knowing that these technicians are qualified and trained Their expertise is outstanding
