  ⭐ 1 STAR — Valvoline Put My Family’s Life in Danger I have never been more disgusted or disappointed with a company than I am with Valvoline after what happened to my family. I took my vehicle to Valvoline for an oil change. After their service, my oil filter was left loose. When my engine later failed, there was metal debris in my oil. The dealership provided paperwork documenting their findings, and according to that documentation, the evidence pointed to the oil change/service as the cause of the engine failure. But apparently that wasn't enough for Valvoline. The situation became terrifying when my vehicle suddenly stopped being able to maintain 80 mph on the interstate. I had my pregnant fiancé and my 4-year-old daughter in the vehicle with me. We were nearly hit by an 18-wheeler. This wasn't some minor inconvenience or an annoying check-engine light. My family could have been seriously injured or killed. And after all of that, I filed a claim with Valvoline expecting them to take this seriously. That's when I dealt with BRENT, the manager. Brent completely ignored the paperwork and findings from the dealership that documented what happened. Instead of actually addressing the evidence, investigating the situation properly, and taking responsibility for what happened under their watch, my claim was denied. Think about that. My family nearly gets killed on the interstate. My engine fails. There is metal debris in the oil. The dealership provides documentation pointing toward the oil change as the cause. The oil filter was left loose. And Valvoline still denies the claim. What exactly does it take for Valvoline to take responsibility? This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Valvoline. I will never use them again, and I will make sure my friends and family know exactly what happened to us. An oil change is supposed to be routine maintenance. I trusted Valvoline with my vehicle, and I ended up with a failed engine and a terrifying situation involving my pregnant fiancé and young daughter. Valvoline needs to do better. Brent needs to do better. And customers deserve better than having their evidence ignored when something goes seriously wrong. If you are thinking about taking your vehicle to Valvoline, I strongly recommend you think twice. I certainly wish I had.

  I like the fact that the guys there are knowledgeable about things in and around my vehicle and the fact that they are professional at the work they do to my vehicles. Mr Brent and his team very on point with taking good care of my vehicles towards the services that I get done there. Salute to those guys! 🫡

  The guys were awesome I can't say more about them I'm a elderly woman I'm on a fixed income I had to get a jump the other day the man that gave me a jump said that I needed a new battery these guys here at Valvoline checked my battery told me I don't need a new one right now which was awesome cuz anyone else would have said yeah you need a new battery just to make the sale. they did everything I needed them to do topped off everything checked my tire pressure offered me cool refreshments and a cool place to sit while they serviced my car their names are Brent,Caleb, and javon there was another young man there too but I didn't get his name but he was helping they all pitched in awesome team... This will be my car service hub thanks guys I'll be back👍😉🤗😊🤩
