- MBMike BimmerNutMay 21, 20265.0I've trusted this shop several times over the years, with a 128i, a 328i, and lately with my M240i. Tommy is fair with pricing and knows his stuff (factory trained). This last visit, I thought my drivetrain had issues (shaft or torque converter) and was prepared to pay dearly for a repair. Turns out, it was something a lot cheaper just causing a vibration. I will always trust this place with my cherished BMWs.

I called to see if I needed to come in to fill any paperwork out and Tommy said to me real calm “Your car is here, and we got you” he said I’ll give you a call when it’s ready. The Ultimate Motorwork had me in and out faster than the dealership. Work was clean, shop was clean, and the associates were very very polite. I will definitely be back for regular maintenance and will tell all my family and friends. I brought in my 2019 BMW X5 xDrive 5.0 for service, and he immediately remembered my needs from a phone conversation we’d had days earlier when I booked the appointment - impressive attention to detail. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, turning on the A/C and setting me up with Wi-Fi so I could work while waiting. It’s small touches like that that really stand out. As many others have said, Tommy is a top-tier mechanic - knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely trustworthy. He clearly explains what your car needs (and what it may need down the road) without ever pushing unnecessary services or upsells. As a longtime BMW owner (Z3, 525i, and two X5s), I only wish I had found his shop sooner. Thank you, Tommy, for such a great experience and excellent service!
