  This is the place I've been looking for. They figured out a rain water leak on my BMW 740 that was taking months and many shops saying theres nothing they could do. They gained my trust to have them go through my e36 M3 and do a whole bunch of repairs and preventative maintenance. Pricing is fair and upfront and communication is excellent. They completed a lot of work for me quickly- I even got to go in the back and see how worn out my old parts were. Absolutely every person there is knowledgable, enthusiastic, and open to listening to me tell them about what is going on with my car. Philip was great and easy to work with, but honestly every person I encountered at Syncro is cool.

  Syncro has been great about communicating well and answering my many questions about my 2002 Mini Cooper S. They have saved me a lot of money on parts and labor.

  After dealing with multiple shops for nearly six months, I found Syncro on a whim and I'm glad I did. What was taking weeks for other shops to diagnosed, Syncro diagnosed in under 15-minutes and provided me a plan of action. Phillip's communication during the whole process was amazing and left me with no doubt that I was receiving the best of the best repair to my BMW. The handling and response of my vehicle proves just that! They've gained a new customer.
