  It was easy to make appointment online. I got a text reminder the day before my appointment. Everyone at the location was very nice. The car service area and waiting area were very clean. They kept me updated on my car and got it repaired in a timely manner at a lower price than BMW service center. Highly recommend.

  10 stars if I have to honest, these guys are very talented, professional, down to earth, courteous and very respectful of time and monies spent. They always have really good snacks too. Since they started working on my GLC 300 no problems and the prices have been more reasonable. They don’t pressure to nickel and dime you for things you don’t need to do right away but they will counsel you, but let you take time to consider. Love these guys this far. 10 ⭐️s

  DO NOT GO HERE. They completely overcharge and refuse to give itemized bills to show you how much they charge you. They will only give you that end total but won't show you how much they charge for parts or labor. They tried to charge me hundreds of dollars for a part that's 30$.

  I discovered synchro Car Care just under a year ago. I had been going to the same mechanic for multiple years but they had been unsuccessful with several repairs associated with my 20-year-old Mercedes. Syncro has been kind and courteous and relentless and attempting to help with my car... particularly repair of the air conditioner that no one else had been able to do. My car has been running great since taking it to these guys and I would recommend it highly to anyone in need. They do specialize in classic cars and they have proven to me that they know what they're doing! Thank you so much.
