- JBJon BrownfieldApr 30, 20262.0Just had a very frustrating experience, my tech was very nice and helpful, but I stopped for an oil change because I was on a right schedule and was the only car there, but the oil change took a full 40 minutes. The tech was obviously unhurried though very nice. It was just so disappointing and messed up my schedule since I stopped in with the expectation of 10 minutes. Also did not appreciate them requiring email, phone and address just to get an oil change.
