  Do not use this company for windshield repair. I asked before the service if the repair would fix the damage or if it would be better to replace the windshield. I was told the repair would work and that the result would be good. After the repair was completed, the windshield still had the same damage and the problem was not fixed. I paid $213 for a service that took about 20 minutes and did not solve the issue. I am very disappointed with the result and would not recommend this company.

  I would not use them unless you really have to. I have 1 very minor chip in my windshield smaller than half a dime... I did the online quote and received what i thought was a crazy price of $169. I figured, if I called I could negotiate and get a better price. I spoke with a live agent and they then preceded to give me a $275 quote... Got it fixed for $70 at a local place. Private equity can suck it

  Great recent experience with this location. Arrived early for my appointment and dropped the car off. Tech took my keys, did a cursory check, and quoted a time for pickup. Arrived before the quoted time and waited in the waiting room a short while with no issues. Once the car was ready the tech walked me through after install instructions and made sure I didn’t have any questions. Overall I was pleased with my service and would recommend and return here in the future!

  I do not recommend Safelite if you expect their service to offer convenience with Mobile service. Tech arrived extremely late because he left some equipment at another location 2 hours away and had to go get it. Service was for windshield replacement and recalibration. I work from home a few days a week so I had scheduled this on a WFH day so I could have it done via their mobile service. The tech installed the windshield; however he was not able to complete the onsite recalibration and said I would have to make an appt to bring in onsite. I was worried about the safety of driving without proper calibration and inquired if there should be any concern, the service rep (over the phone) told me it would probably be good to deactivate all driver assist features until it was calibrated. I had to take time off work to drive to their site the next day to get my car calibrated. at no point was there any offer to compensate for time lost or the inconvenience of their lack of ability to deliver the service expected. I do not recommend.

  Very disappointing experience. The technician, Cliffton, called me four times starting at 8:03 AM from his personal phone number. Because I did not recognize the number, I had no way of knowing who was calling. I was at the gym at the time and never received the text message I was told had been sent. After listening to his voicemail, I returned his call at 11:37 AM. I was only about five minutes away from my home at that point. However, he was upset that he had been unable to reach me earlier, despite the fact that my appointment window was scheduled for 12:00 PM–5:00 PM and he was attempting to arrive well before that window. When we spoke, he was rude, unprofessional, and even hung up on me, making the interaction very uncomfortable. His tone and attitude were completely unnecessary given that I was still available within my scheduled appointment window. To be honest, even though I was in the process of canceling, the job was still completed. I later spoke with Kendall, the manager, who was kind, professional, and took my concerns seriously. He stated that he would escalate the situation and even offered to have his boss reach out to me, which I greatly appreciate. The other manager, Joe, called as well and stated everything would be documented. I appreciate the swift response from him as well. However, Cliff’s behavior was inappropriate and unacceptable. No customer should be spoken to or treated in that manner. I never want anyone else, especially another woman, to experience the level of disrespect I encountered during this interaction. Don’t ever let this man be the technician calling your wife, girlfriend, daughter, or any woman period for a service! See the picture below of the EXACT man who was so rude and disrespectful! BEWARE!!!!
