- YDYvonne Davis1 day ago5.0My daughter had a failed theft attempt on her car where the driver side windows was broken, all I did was conduct a Google search for Safelite, answer maybe 4 questions about the car and the appointment was set. The technician was super sweet and had her back to normal in no time. He even called to see if he could come earlier than her schduled appointment!! BRAVO Safelite
- KHKim Van HerikOct 7, 20265.0Everything was handled professionally and with great enthusiasm from beginning to end. The first guy who came out was so conscientious that he refused to do the installation upon discovering a scratch on the replacement part. Highly recommended Safelite.
- TTTommyOct 6, 20262.0Wasn't too pleased with the experience. I had to drive all the way to the shop, only to find out they had ordered the incorrect part. I wasn't notified at all before I arrived and had to reschedule for another day. When that day finally came, I was rescheduled again for the following day because they were unavailable due to renovations to their parking lot. It would have been nice to be informed of these issues further in advance.
- SBShawn BegleyOct 4, 20265.0I’m not going to lie I was scared about having the windshield replaced on my Blackwing. You hear horrible stories about installers messing up trim, scratching paint or leaving glass in the vehicle. Mea was fantastic she came out and treated my car like her own. Covering up paint that could get scratched and taking her time removing and installing trim. Amazing experience from start to finish
- LMLarry MilamSep 27, 20265.0I had a small rock crack in my windshield on my BMW and I contacted Safelite for repairs. They were on time, reasonably priced for My BMW. They advised that the initial Windshield was scratched, and they had to order a second Windshield from the Factory for the BMW and there would be a price charge for that because it was not covered by my insurance. I went ahead and paid for that price to have a factory product installed in My BMW and ordered a Factory Windshield and it looked great. All electronics and security functions included in the windshield were connected and tested. All installations at my home with none of my input.
