- MMMegan Muldoontoday5.0I’ve been going to them for years and they’ve always helped me out in a concise and timely manner. Thank you!
- JJJustFreshtoday5.0Always great work. On time and honest
- RLRussell Lawyer3 days ago5.0I had a dry rotted tire go flat and was pretty far from home. I pulled in to the facility, and although they didn’t have my tire size in stock, they immediately ordered a set of new tires and had them delivered in just a few hours. When the tires arrived, they installed them right away with no additional upcharges, added new valve stems at no extra charge and had me back on the road in no time. I would highly recommend this location
- NLNess LeighSep 30, 20261.0I've spent so much money at this facility for over 15 years. Back when Phil ran it, it was always busy - people were friendly, customers were valued. Now, the lobby will be empty & this manager still doesn't work. Reginald is always rude. Super lazy. & Rarely willing to actually solve a problem. He'll blame frustrations on his voice, but his voice is not the issue - it's his work ethic that sucks. I've attempted several times with this management, but never had a satisfactory visit. Yesterday, he straight lied about contractual conditions between Mr. Tire & Goodyear. Just because he didn't want warranty work when short staffed - maybe that's good for their pockets, but not for customer service. I'll be taking my car to Discount Tire today for the tire repair I needed & will be getting my brakes done at True Automotive. I will not return to Mr. Tire until they're under better management.
